That is a known defect in the Chevy engine. I wish they could have replaced the entire engine for that cost, but they did not have an engine available and could not find one. After waiting for over two months for them to repair it I finally got the car back, but the tires still have an issue, almost a skipping! On the upside, I could not find anyone else to fix the issue with the car so I was in a position where I was grateful that they did repair it. Zack who answers the phone there is a very nice guy- "yes" there's always the answer no matter what the question... ‍ Is that good or bad? You tell me...
