This was my first time visiting All About Waxing & Threading. I live in NC, but I was visiting Stockbridge for a family reunion. I got my eyebrows threaded, lip wax, and leg wax, and my mother got her eyebrows waxed. The atmosphere at this place is wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. My wait time was very short. I visited on a Friday around 11:30am. After signing-in, I waited no longer than 5 minutes to be called, if that long. From the time we walked in until we left, the total visit was about 30 minutes. I didn't witness any unprofessional behavior. Sangeeta threaded my eyebrows and did my lip wax, and she did an amazing job. I am very particular about how I get my eyebrows done, and she listened to what I wanted and did exactly what I asked. One of my eyebrows grows differently than the other, but Sangeeta was able to thread them so that they both look identical. Bianca did my leg wax and my mother's eyebrow wax, and she was so sweet and amazing as well. She did a great job on my mother's eyebrows. We had a great conversation during my wax, and she was so sincere and friendly. If I didn't live out of state, I would definitely make this my go-to place. Let me just say I have been doing my own Brazilian waxes for over 15 years because I don't want just anyone grooming my lady bits, so I decided to give this place a try because I am not as limber as I use to be and they were in my area. Kim was fantastic! She gave me the best advice without trying to up charge me, but gave me the product advice I needed to make an informed decision about my service. She was gentle, efficient and made me very comfortable. I will be seeing her for my waxing needs. As for the threading, Key performed the most pain free threading I have ever had and I have been using wax to avoid threading. She made my brows look incredible and gave me some advice on making my brows look fuller. Chocolate wax is the way to go by the way: No irritation or pain afterwards. read more

This was my first time going to All about Waxing and Threading but my second time getting a Brazilian done and it certainly won't be last. My first experience happened last yr at a different salon (don't remember the name) it was painful, unpleasant and very uncomfortable. But time around it was the opposite. Andrea was AMAZING! She's very professional, friendly and knowledgeable of her craft. She talked with me during the entire procedure and that allowed me to relax, get comfortable and forget about the pain. She explained to me what was being done and why, which I truly appreciate. The establishment is very clean and well kept, which is a huge PLUS! Evryone is very friendly, they get you in and out. Today was my first time going to All About Waxing. My friend recommended this establishmemt,specifically Andrea'. She is very professional, she is extremely knowledgeable regarding the waxing process. It's immediate that she has studied her craft, and is just not an aesthetician. She makes you feel comfortable, and like she has known you forever. People will only use the services of those whom they can relate. My eyebrows needed some serious help, I could tell how uneven they were in my selfies and I'm so glad I decided to come to this location. The environment was very welcoming and the staff was professional and courteous. I've never had my eyebrows threaded before but I will never get them waxed again after this experience. I'm a perfectionist and I was nervous about letting someone new handle my eyebrows but she was very reassuring and my eyebrows are PERFECT. I came in about two weeks ago to get a tea tree wax. It was done by Minaz and she was amazing. I was extremely nervous about getting my first wax but Minaz was very patient and understanding.
