This is a great place to get waxed at. The owner is amazing she makes homemade scrubs and they smell amazing! The best person to get waxed by is Kim there are two Kims either the owner Kim or the other Kim are the people to go to. Also they serve you wine and flavored water while you wait on your appointment! The place is very clean and pretty with a calming atmosphere. They also have different flavored waxes that you can try and they don't use strips! It's the best experience and they also have loyalty cards so you can also get discounts on your waxed. I have been to eyebrow art23 at Sonecrest Mall and they never have the people I used to go to and their current techs don't do a very good job. I also tried Itoo Threading the lady that did them the first time was great when I explained what I wanted then the second time I didn't and she made one way too thin, making them uneven...BUT thanks to Key at All about waxing and threading I am pleased with the look of my brows now. Here comes a review from a guy.. lol. This place was back to back awesome. I am a short notice kind of guy, so I gave them a call in the morning if I could get my back and neck done. They gave me an appointment only one hour later and I was already happy. Then coming in I was greeted in a very friendly, warm and professional way and only 1 minute later I was already in a quiet, separate side room where Bianca was going to take care of me. It is a bit awkward sometimes to come into a threading/waxing place as a guy but the ladies here managed to have me completely comfortable and relaxed in a matter of minutes. I went to lay face down and Bianca went to work. She recommended hot wax which I hadn't done before. I either had used wax strips from a store or had my whole back threaded. My hair is pretty light and thin but Bianca did such a great job that I actually asked her if it is working at all?! Even in the neck area which can be a bit more painful - her technique made it a walk in the park. During the whole procedure, we had such a great conversation, too! I am from out of state and it was so great connecting with Bianca, because she made me feel welcomed and appreciated. She was so sweet and had casual convo with me as she did the deed, which is always fun!! I've been twice for 2 different services. first 1 was for a wax, amazing job! I went to Muniz for both my services. she really took her time doing my wax & made me as comfortable as possible. the second service was a facial.. it was ok. I had to take away a star for the lack of relaxation. it was an ok facial, but if you're looking for relaxation you won't get it w| the top 40 playing on the radio (& quite loud I might add). Muniz tried her best to play "spa" music from her phone but the radio just over powered her phone. ultimately, I liked my wax service so I will be back for that. ps: they get many many people that come in for threading, so I'm sure they're amazing at that as well. read more

One word....Amazing! A friend recommended me to try them bc I had been driving 55mins away and All About Waxing & Threading is less than a mile from me. I called to book an appointment and they were every friendly. When I got there I was immediately greeted by the woman at the front desk who offered me a complimentary drink (Water, a soda, coffee, or wine). I was shortly greeted by my waxer and she was very helpful and knowledgeable, she made sure I was comfortable with her and the wax it's self she talked to me the whole time(great for when you're nervous). Corwin is amazing. You can barely feel her Brazilians, but don't go to anyone else! I've been many times. There's is another lady who struggled so hard to get the wax off and she was pulling in all directions. It was extremely painful. She also couldn't see that well so she sat a hot lamp on the bed with me and then said I was sweating so that's why the wax wasn't sticking. From then, I would only make appointments but I just got to my appointment for Corwin that I made a month ago only to be told she is out of town and they automatically changed my appointment to another person without contacting me . On top of that, I saw others walk in and they were greeted politely and asked if they wanted water; I walked in and the only thing said to me was to please sign in. I don't think they they are bad people, but definitely need better training in customer service and Corwin needs to teach her technique to others. read more

This used to be a pretty good place and the person at the front desk was usually pretty nice and helpful but today when I came in I wasn't even offered any water and I was told that it would be about a 15 minute wait for a waxing and after waiting over 20 minutes I was told that the person was booked up and then she wouldn't be able to see me and I was offered another wax person. After I said I only get texts with Andrea I was told that she was booked up and to make an appointment or you won't be able to see your person. This is also something that you should have stated before I said in the place and waited for a very long amount of time. The person who I used to do my eyebrows is also not there and the Indian chick that is in there doesn't do a very good job after about 2 or 3 days my eyebrows still looked a mess. I don't know if it is a new manager or they're getting rid of all of the other people and so no one is left but this is the very first time I've come to this place and it has felt like this type of environment. Also another person who was getting her eyebrows done decided at the last minute to get a wax and was allowed to go see this person who was allegedly booked up before I was read more
