Not only did I end up with a hurt wrist, but the drill was damaged in the fall. I was stressed about returning broken equipment, but the team here was unbelievably kind and understanding. They didn't charge me for the damage and were genuinely concerned about my injury. Their service was fast, and they even went above and beyond by offering to find another store with a drill in stock so I could finish my project. I've opted to wait until I heal up, but I will absolutely be coming back to Sun Rental for all my future needs. Truly a top-notch, customer-first local business.

Well I Rented from these folks it was a good experience! I ordered everything online it was really…read moreeasy and convenient and was able to get everything that I needed to pick up. At pick up I arrived with my truck the two guys that loaded my truck added the tables and chairs to my vehicle. They made a mistake and miscounted by over 40 chairs. (That was a win in my favor). The chairs were really clean and it looked that they had been wiped down, the table cloths were dry cleaned and nicely pressed, unfortunately the tables were falling apart, there were nails and screws that were coming out of them. Luckily I brought a power drill with me and was able to go thru the tables and fix the majority of their them. At drop off they helped with the removal of the chairs and tables from my truck. Overall a pleasant experience. I would use them again!

She sent inexperienced employees to set up and it looked absolutely horrible. Thank goodness I had an extra day to set up at the venue and was able to reset the large tent (that was set up super skewed and leaning with straps twisted and knotted and looking ridiculous), restring all the lights to look professional (since the 2 young boys she sent with zero assistance had never done it before and were clueless) and move all the tables & chairs myself. The tables she sent were not the nice ones in the pictures. They were ratty, homemade, cut out of plywood tables that would snag the linens that were my own personal linens. The young boys told me it was because she overbooked and all the nice ones were at WSU. Fortunately, I was able to get other tables from another rental company who was amazing to work with. She sent the wrong tent walls, so we had to go without and was short a whole string of lights so I had to supplement with my own. I will never use Entertainment Warehouse again. I should have reported her for false advertising, really. It was THAT bad and that intentionally deceptive. Nice website though... DON'T LET IT FOOL YOU!

To anyone considering wedding coordination/planning - look no further!! We cannot emphasize how…read moreamazing Sam and her team were for our wedding. We truly could not have had the day flow so smoothly without her. We hired her as a day-of wedding coordinator, but we really felt she went above and beyond the "day-of" title. Leading up to the wedding, she went out of her way to reach out to vendors and start a clear line of communciation with everyone. She made us feel supported throughout the entire process - no question was too small or silly for her and she thought of every little detail. We trusted her opinions completely in our decision-making because it was evident that she was experienced and knowledgeable about wedding planning. She is also extremely responsive and consistently will text back within minutes. The day before the wedding, she coordinated our rehearsal and it was such a relief to have someone with obvious wedding experience walking us through the steps of the ceremony. She was patient and clear with all our family members questions and coordinated all communication and needs with the venue. On the day of the wedding, my husband and I found ourselves saying "thank goodness we have Sam" multiple times. She thought of every small detail throughout the day and was ALWAYS available to us. There are many MANY examples of how she made our day run smoothly, but I will list just a few here. She thought to build a small moment of time alone after our ceremony with snacks and drinks waiting for us so we could fully enjoy and soak in the moment. She also focused on making sure me and my husband were eating and drinking water throughout the day, and even magically appeared on the dance floor with water (and straws) for us! At one point on the dance floor, I got tired of my heels and sat to take them off - Sam was immediately at my side to take my shoes and put them in our hotel room for later so I didn't lose track of them. She also was protective of us and our experience throughout the day and wasn't afraid to speak up for us if anything came up (or in our experience, gently usher guests away if we weren't able to eat because we had so many guests wanting to greet us!) Sam really made our day so much lighter by fielding any and all questions from family and friends so that we could just enjoy the day. She also coordinated our vendor team and advocated for them and made sure that they all knew the plan for the day. Her involvement allowed me and my husband to focus on experiencing the day and spending time with our loved ones. Her team also did a wonderful job with setup of our decor and everything looked gorgeous. Overall, our wedding day went better than we could have ever imagined and we credit so much of that to Sam and her team! We would absolutely 100% hire her again and highly highly recommend her to any couple planning a wedding!
