On Friday afternoon at 3:15 went to pick up the 40 white chairs we had ordered at another place, A to Z rentals. When we arrived the white chairs were filthy. They had dust dirt ALL over them. Could not believe that they would try to rent those to use for a wedding. Seriously. Why were they not cleaned for us, did they think we would want those? I immediately got on the phone to find another place LAST minute. I called Entertainment Warehouse and told them my situation. They were kind and accommodating and unbelievably had 40 clean white chairs. They were closing in 30 minutes so went right over and picked up the chairs. Highly recommend this place. The employee at t and r assured us that once we paid the $80 delivery fee that they would go through our rental venue to take care of deliver and pick up. When we arrived at our rental hall waiting for us were crates of plates we did not order. I had too much to do setting up a service for 200 to count each individual piece ordered. I was told all we would be responsible for was scraping the dishes and leaving them in the kitchen for pick up, which we did. TWO WEEKS LATER... I received a call from Pat at T and R rentals stating that 4 forks were missing. Ummmm..... Well, I told her here is the contact at the rental hall that your employee agreed to go through as per our agreement. Well, she says, that is not my job!! Well, I said, I paid you $80 for that job. How can I possibly protect myself from this $35.00 charge for four forks? How many people have my rented goods gone through in 2 weeks? She then suggested that I pay her more to call the rental facility... I ALREADY PAID YOU FOR THAT SERVICE!! During a heated exchange with this horrible woman she suggested that it couldn't possibly be a counting error on their part their delivery man is minister (remember the boxes of extra plates delivered) It seems very poor business practice to fail to do your job and then blame your customer 2 weeks later.

They provided information quickly, were professional and friendly. The rates are reasonable and competitive with other party rental companies in the area. They completely set up, clean, break down and take away the bounce house for your allotted time. They also send out text messages alerting you 30 minutes prior to their arrival times which is a great courtesy. I had requested the earliest delivery time because of the start time of our party and Erica made it happen without any problem. The staff that came for set up and break down were super friendly and respectful of our property. Highly recommend this business and would use them again without a doubt!

My bridal shower was themed "Found my Main Squeeze" and featured bright and fun lemons. A huge photo wall covered in greenery and a sear for the bride made a great center for opening gifts and pictures. For my wedding we used quite a few of the rentals they offer. We used votives, brass candlesticks, hurricane vases and gold charges to create an elegant and bohemian table set. We also used some different signs, including a customized antique mirror with our names in vinyl. I know our guests loved the wooden photo wall decorated with colored balloons and a neon sign! This kids table was also a hoot and kept the kiddos busy with coloring pages. Renting this all is so nice because you don't have to worry about spending so much on items you likely won't ever find use for again. Beyond all that they are able to offer for decorating, Cassie and Carrie are so sweet and professional and helped a lot to ease the big day nerves! Thank you guys so much!
