The provider was very professional, skilled, and did an excellent job managing my care. That said, whatever process is used for scheduling is terrible. I arrived 15 minutes before my appt. And was not seen until 70 minutes after my scheduled time. The reason is not the staff or the provider. It's the scheduler trying to squeeze in too many into the day. Many of the other patients I saw were elderly. They need more time than 15 minutes. Bottom line is the schedule process does not provide the medical care experience that I think AiD leadership would expect. This needs to be fixed.

Upon arrival to the appointment she was took back to receive the service she booked. Never once before or during the appointment was it mentioned that my wife wouldn't not receive the $50 touch up, that she needed a full powder brow appointment. It wasn't until the appointment was over, she was met with a bill of $328. This was obviously a shock to her as she expected to pay $50. When asked, why the price had changed so much, she was only then told that she didn't receive the touch up but a full powder brow appointment. She paid. After she came out, I went in for a further explanation on how a professional doesn't communicate to a client that the price would not be what she expecting. I was only told that it'd been too long for a touch up and she needed the full service. Again, why was this not communicated before the appointment. We reached out to the owner Chantel to let her know of the situation. Even stating we were not looking for a refund. Just that we wanted the situation to brought to light so it wouldn't happen again. Once Chantel wrote back, it was clear she was only going to defend her employee, which is understandable. But she did state if Kaitlyn (the professional) had thought it needed to commentated it would have been. Never should a professional assume that a client should know everything. Especially when the client books an appointment for $50 and the actual cost was going to be $328. Never once did Chantel apologize for the situation or even remotely try to make the situation ok. 10/10 do not recommend this business at all.
