Phase 1: The Rescue. Mark and Steve were incredibly professional, working diligently to repair the previous damage and safely restore power to my house. They also installed new recessed lighting and outlets in my basement. Their work ethic and attention to detail gave me immediate peace of mind. Phase 2: The Innovation. I struggled to find any electrician in the Lehigh Valley willing to install a ThermaRay Radiant Ceiling system. While it was a new technology for them, Phil was willing to collaborate with the distributor to ensure everything was scoped and handled correctly. By the time Steve and Zach arrived for the install, they had already studied the guides and videos. They executed the installation and testing of the panels perfectly--without a single hitch. Phase 3: The Rough-ins.
