The secret is tretinoin and I was prescribed 0.25 percent which is not causing a dent in my skin exfoliation but at least it is mild. The PA gave advice on some other products To buy supplement the tretinoin like amlactin lotion and anua azalaic serum which I purchased from Amazon I also got some skin tags removed, and they just use some liquid nitrogen to freeze them from my arms and also from my neck, forehead and arm They did tell me it would scab over which it did and poof they're gone The office has nice parking lot and the office is clean, air conditioned and will come back to f/u if I have dewy skin from my regimen.
