The pricing on Sacramento Balloon Co.'s website seemed really reasonable for renting a tank compared to the pricing of buying a highly rated helium tank online. I called Sacramento Balloon Co. to reserve a helium tank and the phone was answered really quickly. It was a quick call in which my questions were answered about sizing of the tanks and my tank was reserved for pick up the day before the party. On day of pick-up, I arrived on time and conveniently parked in the lot right in front of the business. I walked in and was greeted shortly thereafter by the same man who I believe I talked to on the phone. The store has various styles balloons for sale and a small selection of party items as well. My helium tank was ready for me by the register and I was quickly but thoroughly shown how to use the helium tank and recommended to lay it down on the car floor board while transporting it. We also talked about the types of balloons I was planning on filling up and learned a couple things about balloons during the process. I paid for the tank rental (including a refundable charge) and was on my way. The day of the party, the tank worked as expected and everything went smoothly! I dropped the tank off exactly one week after picking it up. At this time I was refunded the refundable charge for dropping it off. Overall, great service, convenient, friendly, knowledgeable, and great value! I'll definitely rent helium tanks from Sacramento Balloon Co. in the future and will use them for all of my balloon needs too.

They were 3 hours late to set up for our event and no one called to let us know that they were running late. I called on 3 separate occasions about a status update for when our delivery would arrive, no one called me back. I had to call back each time. I confirmed several time, even the day before our event that delivery would be between 10am-12pm. Our event was at 3pm and they arrived a few mins before 3pm. We had to have our employees help us set up because they were so late to the event. No one apologized, no one cared. I wouldn't book with this company again.

These spots exist for a reason. They are there for disabled parents, disabled students, wheelchair access, mobility vans, walkers, and families who physically cannot park far away and safely load their children. Because of this truck, disabled families were forced to scramble for parking and walk farther in a crowded pickup area unnecessarily. What makes this even worse is the size of the truck and how obvious the violation was. There is no chance the driver "didn't notice." The truck completely occupied multiple clearly marked handicap spaces and access areas. This isn't just inconsiderate -- it shows a complete lack of respect for disabled people and basic public decency. Schools during pickup are already chaotic enough without businesses deciding accessibility laws and common courtesy don't apply to them. If a company is willing to inconvenience disabled families this casually in public, it says a lot about their professionalism and judgment. Do better.
