When that happened with Lush Balloons, I emailed them to let them know it was disappointing to have to tell my friend that the gift was from me. Lush Balloons responded by defensive email, on a day when their shop was closed, to let me know they "...ran out a few days ago..." of their "...free handwritten cards[s]..." I explained in my first email and my response that the point is not that their cards are free or that their delivery person read what our card said to the first person who answered our door. The point is that the card, free or not, needs to be with the $100 plus gift we bought when the intended recipient arrives home from work, etc. Instead of writing a defensive and unhelpful email to us, we wish Lush Balloons had stopped by Target to buy a box of cards until their free cards became available.

The pricing on Sacramento Balloon Co.'s website seemed really reasonable for renting a tank compared to the pricing of buying a highly rated helium tank online. I called Sacramento Balloon Co. to reserve a helium tank and the phone was answered really quickly. It was a quick call in which my questions were answered about sizing of the tanks and my tank was reserved for pick up the day before the party. On day of pick-up, I arrived on time and conveniently parked in the lot right in front of the business. I walked in and was greeted shortly thereafter by the same man who I believe I talked to on the phone. The store has various styles balloons for sale and a small selection of party items as well. My helium tank was ready for me by the register and I was quickly but thoroughly shown how to use the helium tank and recommended to lay it down on the car floor board while transporting it. We also talked about the types of balloons I was planning on filling up and learned a couple things about balloons during the process. I paid for the tank rental (including a refundable charge) and was on my way. The day of the party, the tank worked as expected and everything went smoothly! I dropped the tank off exactly one week after picking it up. At this time I was refunded the refundable charge for dropping it off. Overall, great service, convenient, friendly, knowledgeable, and great value! I'll definitely rent helium tanks from Sacramento Balloon Co. in the future and will use them for all of my balloon needs too.

We chose Inflate The Fun Inc. based on the promises made on their website, which states: "You can count on Inflate The Fun Inc. to provide you with clean and well-maintained attractions. We make sure safety is first and foremost a priority. Our service professionals are on-time and will go beyond your expectations." Unfortunately, that was not our experience. Here's what occurred at our event: Attractions were not ready when our event was scheduled to begin due to the driver arriving hours late. The train was unavailable for a significant portion of the event. The water slides did not have adequate water flow, creating safety concerns and preventing them from operating as expected. An argument between company employees occurred in front of our families and children, escalating to the point that law enforcement responded. The level of professionalism we experienced did not reflect the standards advertised on the company's website. After the event, we asked for a partial refund because of the issues we experienced via email. We received one response which we answered and as of this review, that refund has not been received, and all of our follow-up attempts have gone unanswered. I understand that unexpected problems can happen at any event. What disappointed me most was not just the issues themselves, but the lack of follow-through afterward. I really like Gabriel but due to the non-responsiveness to fix a wrong we will no longer be using them. I hope sharing our experience helps other schools, churches, and organizations make an informed decision before booking.

Marissa, the owner, is absolutely amazing and such a genuinely kind person. The entire staff has been so wonderful to our family. Leah (my daughter's favorite ), Ms. Stephanie, Raya, and Marissa's husband have all been so great to us. What means the most to me is how much they truly care about my kids. My daughter needs someone watching her at all times, and they completely understand that. There have even been times when the staff will play with my son so I can focus on keeping an eye on my daughter. They know my kids by name, greet us every time we walk in, and truly make us feel like family. The gym is always clean, there are so many things for the kids to do, and it's such a welcoming and comfortable environment. You can really tell that Marissa and her staff genuinely care about the families who come through their doors. We've spent so much time here that We Rock has truly become one of our favorite places. Plenty of parking in front and it's shared with a shopping plaza so you can walk across the street to any store. There are tall steps to go up and down. Walking in we noticed they had a security guard. There is a small little room before you get into the main room and it's good for a people to write in the guest book and a message to the couple. They also had a mirror to take selfie in. They had a big poster sign of the couple. They also had their table assignment in the front too. Walking in was impressive. Bright lights, white floors, and mirror designs on the walls. Immediately to your left is a backdrop with a window area. They used that space for the Photo Booth and props. There was another room on the right but I think that was only for staff or another back room. Then a little bit to the right there is a stair case to the upstairs. The upstairs had a balcony area where you can see the whole venue. They had their DJ upstairs and funny enough the AC blew the most cold air there. There was also a door but I didn't go in that so I'm assuming it's like a closet space or place to get ready. Downstairs, they had so many white tables. There was a total of 20 tables. I'm assuming whatever package you purchase the event center will decorate the tables, chairs, plates and center pieces, the provider food service and the bar. They had a medium size dance floor with a long white walk way from the back to the front of the stage. Front back of the dance floor they had a little elevated area for the wedding couple to sit at. My boyfriend's cousins had their name and the theme of the wedding for their backdrop of their table. I'm sure it can also be a little stage as well. Behind the man elevated stage. There are back door that lead out to a backyard area that has corn hole, some artificial turf, and a little play area for kids. I didn't get to go outside cuz of the heat. On the right side of the venue was a little kitchen area for the dishes and plates. The wedding had their snack bar in the corner of the room. We had our own drinks in big coolers. There was a small bar area with a bartender but I believe they opted in buying their own drinks and the bartender served it. They also just mixed the cocktails for the guests. Good thing was that was open all night. Then for food, they brought their own food and had long tables of them for serving the whole party. I believe the event center provided the tables and the chafing trays. They also had a bathroom in the back of the room. There was a 4-5 stalls, a long wide mirror and nice sinks. Unfortunately, their wedding was on one of the hottest days of summer (over 100 degrees). The AC was very weak and it got really hot inside very quickly. People were using plates as fans and some smart people brought their own fans. It was getting so hot that the wedding cake was melting. The best AC was blowing upstairs near the DJ. Overall, I think the venue was a decent spot to have a wedding. I hope they definitely invest in a stronger AC unit lol. But in terms of the look, I thought it was pretty.
