It took a little longer than usual to secure a car carrier that would be able to transport my car to Northern Virginia, but once that was accomplished, the whole process went like clockwork. Frederick, the driver, was able to park his rig a block away from my house and by the time I got to his rig, he was already driving my car off his truck. Here's why I would use them again: -The price they quoted me was the price I actually paid -They actually answer their phones! This part is about the company they brokered out to, which I believe reflects upon AAAT as well: -The company they hired to actually move my vehicle, Freightport, wanted to pick up 2 days early! I wasn't ready for pickup any earlier than the day I specified, but Freightport picked up that day as scheduled. -Freightport was easy to communicate with via telephone -Freightport delivered earlier than I anticipated and their driver was friendly and courteous And finally: -My car was not only undamaged, but a lot cleaner than when I handed it over to them! When my wife and I decided to move from New Jersey to Colorado, one of our concerns was what to do with our cars. Both our vehicles were paid off and are still in very good shape so taking them with us seemed like the best answer - not to mention a cost savings once we arrived in our new state. I researched dozens of companies for weeks it seemed and after weighing all my data, I took a chance on All-America. I say "took a chance" because honestly, I had my doubts about moving cars some 1800 miles away. There just seemed like too many variables that could go wrong and I'd be left with nothing but problems to deal with while trying to get settled in Colorado. I was pleasantly surprised. All-America did an amazing job. When they first arrived to our house to pick the cars up, the driver was so great - even telling us to lessen the weight of the items we stored in the trunk so that it didn't scrape the bottom of the big rig. He genuinely cared and wanted to assure us that everything would be fine. We waved goodbye and kept our fingers crossed that everything would go as planned. When our cars finally arrived, I was home alone and bringing both cars back to the house (the rig simply couldn't fit on the local streets) was a problem. The same driver who picked up our cars insisted that he drive the cars back to the house so I didn't have to worry about it. I was so appreciative that he lessened my inconvenience and knew right then and there that I was dealing with a company that knew how to take care of its customers. The cars, while filthy on the outside, were in perfect shape - not a scratch or dent to speak of. All in all I cannot tell you how pleased I was to have chosen All-American. They went above and beyond anything I expected and made a difficult transition to a new state much less stressful for my family. I have now used All America Auto Transport twice, and both times, it involved shipping my SUV between the mainland Unites States and Hawaii. First, I drove across the country and dropped off my car in California to be shipped (because it's such a cool experience to have a cross-country road trip!). The second time, it was after I moved back to the east coast suddenly because of my father's health. I was so satisfied both times, but particularly for the return trip to the east coast, because I had to ask for coordination between Matson, the company that brought my SUV on the container ship to California, and then with a trucking company that would bring my SUV the rest of the way. I am by no means an overbearing customer, but I do communicate a lot, and I have a lot of patience. Well, I didn't need any of that patience when dealing with AAAT, because Victoria was always so quick to get back to me with my many questions. It seemed like every time I had a question, she would confirm that it had already been taken care of. When my car arrived back in California, Victoria had already coordinated the truck driver to pick up my car for the second leg of the journey, and it was picked up ahead of schedule, and now is due to be back here on the east coast ahead of schedule as well!! Due to the fact that I need to be available for the final delivery of my vehicle, Victoria was more than happy to coordinate with the truck drive to make sure I'm kept informed and can be available for the delivery. As others have said, the price I was quoted was the price I ended up paying - no surprises. The service really doesn't cost any more than it would if I made all the arrangements directly with the trucking company myself, but man, I would have had so much more follow-up activity that I just don't have time for if I had gone that route. The service provided by Victoria, and by extension, AAAT, is second-to-none and I would recommend them as THE solution for anyone who needs to ship items, vehicles, etc. While I don't anticipate needing their service often, I wanted to send these good vibes to help their business, because if and when I ever have the need again, I want to make sure that they are around for me to use! AAAT was very helpful and it was a pleasure doing business with them. A client of our company's need some vehicles shipped for him so we used AAAT for nationwide auto transport. They made vehicle transportation simple & easy. Arranging pick-up, delivery and getting a price quote was quick and efficient. When I had any issue they had helped to work their way around it for me. However I will say in terms of communication, there were some slow moments & durations. Maybe it was because we needed to move vehicles within the week I requested quote, but overall they got the job done. I tried to negotiate with Jaymes of the All America Auto Transport. Guess what? I got horrible response. Check these replies out: 'Cheap people bore me and don't pay my salary. Please go away.' 'At least I'm not cheap. Thanks for wasting my time. In the future if you can't afford a rate please don't beg for a lower rate. It's really comical.' 'Try Panhandling next time. This company was awful. They started with quotes and stuff, and then they told me they couldn't do something another company said they could. Then the guy started getting really aggressive, so i then proceeded to get a little angry. As The conversation heats up, I tell him to **** off. Then hung up. He proceeded to constantly call me back. Then i finally answered and tried explaining, that with a lot of stress in my life i kinda snapped, but being the way he is he started just attacking my personal life, like the car i wanted transported and the location i was having it transported to. Followed with personal attacks on simple things like my name and shit. During the entire first part of the conversation when we were talking normally, he was still really passive aggressive and talked to me like i was the biggest idiot in the world. So never again will i ever want to hear back from this company, nor will i be using their services. read more

NO STARS FOR THIS COMPANY! Don't even THINK about using this service!!! Promises, promises and nothing but lies! I called 2 weeks ahead of time and was automatically promised the day we needed the car picked up. I was told that the driver would call a few days ahead of time to pinpoint the time of day the auto would be picked up. I never got the call so I called. They said they were STILL working on getting a driver and right now did not have one! 4 days after they said they would pick up the car they did still not have a driver! I changed companies and the car was picked up in 2 days. DONT use this company...............they are awful! read more

I contacted a couple of different companies last week to try to arrange for my car to be transported from Atlanta to Florida. I thought A All America's site was really great - very explanatory, you could get in touch with someone when you called and talk to a real-live person. I filled out the paperwork, gave the company a three day pickup window (as requested). Called them a couple of times to make sure the transport would happen during this time frame and was told I had nothing to worry about. Their story is that the driver will call you 4 to 8 hours before - now that I think about it, sounds really dumb - the driver has to have a route and must at least be able to provide 24 hour notice (that is, assuming there is one). So today, on the last of my three day window, I call and the receptionist tells me that there's no one even assigned to my car! Imagine my surprise when the whole time Jaymes (my representative) is telling me everything is fine. They didn't even contact me to tell me what the status was - that there was no one assigned to my car and it was not going to happen. Their gimmick is to look really professional and they definitely did not meet any expectations. Also, when you send them paperwork, they take your credit card number and have a $50 cancellation fee - in my case, they tried to charge me the fee even though no driver was assigned. Really shady and unprofessional - I suggest you go elsewhere. These people will only waste your time. read more

Extremely disappointed with the service. This company was recommended to me after I'd had difficulty already with another company concerning the shipment of my car. I spoke to 2 of their employees who at first, seemed very cordial and helpful. The minute that I signed a contract, their whole tune changed. I realize that pick-up of cars on a particular date cannot be promised, but when they were trying to win my business, they said that there would be a very good chance that my car would be picked up in a particular time frame. After I signed, they became rude and said that "they are just the broker, not the trucker, and that if I upped my price by a couple of hundred, I'd have a higher chance that my car would be picked up by some trucker." After my car was finally picked up, it was nearly impossible to get updates; 3 phone calls by me to get any kind of reasonable answer, which was of course, "your trucker will get back to you after we get in touch with him." Anyhow, avoid this company at all costs, if not for the poor service, then for the fact that businesses should not sing one tune to get your business and then totally change once they've got you hooked. read more
