When I asked to cancel, they charged a dispatch fee, claiming that a driver had already been dispatched--even though they never provided any proof that a real driver had been assigned. It felt like a trick to keep me committed so I could not book with another company that actually had a confirmed driver. Be very careful before signing anything or paying a dispatch fee unless they first provide verifiable driver details.
