When I go out anywhere I like to have my car clean, and I always stop here, for several reasons. This car wash is always clean. Never had an issue with it being out of anything, unlike several others that have run out of soap, or worse, the spot free rinse isn't working. This one is always 100 percent! Also, the water pressure is excellent!!! I'll also mention that some other car washes weren't built with much thought as the sun shines directly into the bays, who wants that while you're washing your car? This one doesn't have that issue! Lastly, it is one of the least expensive car washes too!!! So if you're someone that cares about their vehicle and need to come to a car wash where you wash it yourself, definitely this is the place!!!!

The manager sweet-talked me into their membership special: two months of "premium service." I should've taken that as my first warning sign. After the first wash, I very generously tipped the kind lady and started to pull out, only to notice my truck was still filthy. The back seat? Untouched. The rear floorboards (which I specifically asked them to clean)? Nope. The smudge on my windshield? Still staring at me like it knew how this was going to end. I turned back, hoping this was just a rare slip-up. The manager assured me they'd "make it right" and ran the truck back through. When I got it back, guess what? Still dirty. I had to wipe out the cupholder myself because apparently that was too much to ask. The back seat hadn't been vacuumed. The back window was still smeared. The seats looked like no one even glanced at them. I wasn't expecting full-on detail work, but I was expecting basic competence. Instead, I got a shiny membership bill and a truck that looks like it went camping in a dust storm. If this is The Wash Tub's idea of "premium service," I'd hate to see what their basic wash looks like.

I returned and spoke with Ervie, the team lead, who filed a claim and said I'd hear back within 10 business days. The claim was denied shortly after, with Club Car Wash stating they are not responsible for antenna damage. I'm very dissatisfied. My vehicle had no prior issues, has never been in an accident, and I've used car wash memberships for years without problems. While I understand policies exist, this situation shows a lack of accountability. There was no pre-existing damage, and this experience is pushing me to take my business elsewhere for all three of my vehicles.

I told her, I don't owe you a reason and if this is the way it is going to be to get a wash, then maybe I should go to the other car wash down the street? She then told me she was going to give me a paper with the monthly membership prices, I quickly told her I did not want it and if she handed it to me with my receipt I would drop it on the ground. Sure enough she handed it to me with my receipt, so I dropped it on the ground like I told her I would do. As I drove off she screamed at me, we don't want people like you here, you should go down the street and get your car washed! They pre-spray with a bug spray (so cool) before entering the tunnel. Once I was in, the guy pre-sprayed my whole car I guess to prep the car before entering or could be a car shine or something. Overall, I enjoyed it. I don't need any wow factors for mundane things like this. My car came out super clean and thet had the vacuums behind the building with air compressors I believe and microfiber towels for an extra dry. Not to mention whe I was leaving the wash tunnel, two gentlemen were already drying as well. I loved the Bee Clean business but now it's Go Wash but if you live at the Rim like me, this is convenient without traffic of going to other big business car washes.

The first wash didn't even get the dirt off the hood of my car so I won't be back. Employee today was nice, it wasn't his fault. He said he refunded me so I'll be keeping an eye out for that in my bank account.
