Just got my car washed as they have extra perks besides a vacuum area. The actual drive-thru for a basic wash is 3 minutes(I timed it, LOL!). The attendant guides you, sprays your vehicle as you enter the wash area guided by tracks. After washing & drying, you can vacuum your car on the right hand side with multiple bays that include high-powered vacuums, aeration tool to spray off water, spray bottles like "Eclipse", Windex & "Citrus Spray" that you can use for the interior areas. In addition, they have clean microfiber cloths to safely wipe down your car. And...a floor mat wash/dry station where you feed your floor mats face down & within 1-minute, it spits it out in the back!! I highly recommend this car wash business as it gives you extra tools to keep your vehicle EXTRA CLEAN for a great price!! Great business model & really convenient off the highway. read more

My husband has a monthly membership here so he/we come here frequently. For members it reads your license plate. Otherwise the pricing isn't too expensive but the membership is worth it. They have attendants guiding you thru and they spray your vehicle as you're entering. They also make sure you have nothing on the bed of your truck if you drive a truck. They also have a separate section for self serve vacuuming. read more

I had an amazing experience at Diamond Shine Car Wash! From the moment I pulled up, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I'm from Houston and needed to get the bugs cleaned off my SUV after driving in. After the first wash, some of the bugs were still there, but Art went above and beyond to help me out. He personally made sure the bugs were removed and even ran my SUV through the car wash again. Excellent customer service and such a great attitude. I truly appreciate the extra care and kindness. I have 3 vehicles on the monthly membership. We like that on our way home we can clean our cars. Dry them with the available towels. And even wipe things down or vacuum them. They give you a price break at 3 vehicles. Suction is overall pretty good. Some stalls have low suction. But for the most part it's great. read more

If you're looking to wash your car skip this place. The overall wash is way too fast to actually clean your car. This was very evident once the car was done and I pulled into the vacuum bays. Terrible amounts of dirt all over the car and more so than usual. The vacuum bays are another story. No clean towels and when they came out with "fresh" towels they were still wet and only folded in half. Three of the four vacuum hoses fell apart while trying to use them and vacuum the car. Overall, I'd skip this place and go somewhere else. It could be so much better with some small and little improvements. read more

Seth, Maybe you heard, but last week I had a problem with one of my wheels in your car wash. I spoke with your manager Correy, who discounted any of my issues from the get-go. After calmly telling him what happened the Diamond Shine Car Wash, it was the most uncomfortable discussion I've had with anyone who was supposed to be a professional, providing customer service and caring for the concerns of their patrons. He acted like my issue was a personal attack to him, which it wasn't. I'm not a car wash person. I've always hand-washed, but my wife recently got me a wash subscription for father's day. My visit was only my second time there. It wasn't until I got home to wipe out my wheels did I notice the damage. It just so happened that I took pictures of my wheels before entering the car wash that day because my first visit left black residue on my wheels. I wanted to show the attendant if it happened again. It happened again and showed it to one of your employees. He explained that it could he due to the tire shine applied at the end of the wash. He said I could have them turn it off before entering. I went through again and noticed less residue. As mentioned before, when I got home and wiped everything down is when I noticed the damage. I immediately called Diamond Shine Car Wash and talked to Correy. He answered the phone like he hates his life and was bothered by my call. When your vehicle is damaged, the last thing you want to hear is that there is no way damage could happen in that car wash. I also don't need to hear about your resume and how long you've been in the industry. I also don't care to hear that you wash many high-end cars and you just had a Rolls Royce leave. That information is pointless and is just an attempt deflect away from your customer's concern. I showed up and he looked at the photos I took, the damage and continued to deny. He discounted them, saying that he didn't know when I took them, even though they were time/date stamped. I said you can check your security cameras. He replied rudely, "Oh I will!" Do you get a lot of people visiting your car wash attempting to shake you down for repairs? He was clearly annoyed, as if to say I don't matter. He had me go through the wash again. He stood inside the wash and watched me go through. At the end of the wash, I can hear a hard bump when that tire shine brush hit my rear wheel. When I pulled out and parked, he could see the damage that he denied could happen, was worse than it was before going in again. He didn't really have anything good to say. He analyzed it for a while, took some pictures and said he would talk to the owner (you), and see what you wanted to do. It wasn't until after Correy allowed me to go through the wash again, when attempted to explain that it's a known thing that modified cars are not covered at car washes. That isn't a common-knowledge thing that everyone should know. Apparently there is a sign that he said no one reads. If the company was not willing to acknowledge any damage from a vehicle with custom wheels, why have me go through the wash again? Just to prove what? Why chance it? If I knew that, I wouldn't have gone through again to damage my wheel even more. He said to give him a few day to get back to him, and if I didn't hear from him, call him back. What kind of care and service is that? It's been a week and I've heard nothing. Now, I'd have to say my wife showed up the other day to get the wash plan transferred to her vehicle. She said Correy was really nice to her and even offered her free washes. He even apologized to her, which I didn't even get. Not one, "sorry." Perhaps that would have softened the sting of the event, but maybe that was too much because the would mean he'd take some sort of ownership for the damage. I don't know. Not sure if he actually called you, but I thought I'd reach out to you and see if you had a solution. Mr. Thomas, you're not an easy person to find online, so this was my only way to reach out. There's a new car wash in town that I thought I would try as it is much nearer to me than the others I use. Getting to it can be a struggle due to the freeway expansion underway. After winding around all the construction, I finally found the entrance. After that, it was easy due to the excellent signage. They basically have 4 options,plus a membership, and I decided to go with the best option to see how good it could be. The results were outstanding for all but about 6 inches of the vehicle. I don't know why, but it completely missed the rear end middle 6 inches. The vacuum worked great, and this place has more than 1 option. It has the regular vacuum you see at all car washes, and it has a crevice vacuum. Very nice touch:-) Will I return? Definitely, to give them a chance to finish the last 6 inches:-) read more

This car wash is consistently great. I've been to many others, but here my truck is thoroughly washed and dried every time I go. Service is great and the employees there make it easy. I normally do hand cleaning of my car and on my second to last day off before I had to start a seven day running streak as a hospice nurse I chose to use diamond shine to lazily clean my car so that I could move on with my last day off. After going through I paid for their works clean, went to vacuum and noticed that my rear windshield wiper had been ripped off when I went to the manager I was told that the owner does not write out checks or give out money to fix cars and that I would have to accept a subscription worth in payment back. I would never re-clean my car at a car wash that just damaged my car so I asked for money or insurance information. I was then informed that they don't have insurance to cover damages to cars because they have a sign at the entrance that says they're not responsible if your car gets damaged, it is your responsibility to make sure your car is in good enough condition to go through their machine so needless to say it doesn't matter to them if your car will be OK to go through or not it is your responsibility to make sure that it can. so if you don't know what that means, I would highly recommend not going to diamond shine and risk your cars parts. read more

This place is very has a pre-wash where you can scrub your car before going through to the car wash. The towels are nice and the vacuum cleaners works very well. The windex bottles are a nice plus. read more

A new car wash in my AO finally. Took the rib's car in while in the area to give it a try. First impression is it is a little more spendy than my regular place but not too much, especially since it is miles closer. It runs pretty quickly, at least it seems faster than the other one and did I mention it is miles closer? I tried the next to the bottom wash on the menu which is my usual at the other place too. I don't really need/want all those other options for a wash that is twice as expensive. But the proof is in the pudding and I have to say the pudding was pretty great-this did a great job on the wife's buggy. I would even say it was better than the place I use(d) that is miles farther away and it was very good. I will be a regular it appears. read more

I signed up for the $9.99 monthly membership, that was good for 2 months. Prior to the 2 months expiring, I called to cancel. When I called, the manager told me that the new full price charge of $37.99 was already in progress and could not be stopped. Was also very rude on the phone. Even though I contacted them prior to the 2 months expiring, they would not refund the $37.99. Seems pretty shady, and they will never earn any more of my business or anyone that I know of, since I will be letting everyone know how they are cheating their customers. Diamond Shine car wash does a great job by itself, but they also provide a "pre-scrub" station as well as numerous post wash bays that have air to blow out water from mirrors, lug wells, etc., various interior products, vacuums and even microfiber drying towels. Overall cost might be considered to some to be a little on the higher side, but for all you get, well worth it. read more

New! Actually take their time on cars, and don't try to stack cars on top of each other like others in the area do. Free towels to dry, fresh scents, different vacuum heads for tight spaces. GREAT PLACE if they keep it up. read more
