My first time here and I got the $15 car wash that includes wash and tire shine the wash took a lot of the dirt off my truck. Had to wipe down the truck dry but it didn't take long. They had towels to use and the vacuums are really good! They are no weak suction. The receipt had a $5 off coupon for the next wash so that's a plus! I didn't interact with any workers even though there was two by the check out /entrance way, where you pay about 3feet from me there was no greet or asked if I needed help. Overall the wash was good I'll be back to redeem my $5 off. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. This company has charged me two times for a "membership" that I did not sign up for. I have no account with Go Carwash either, so I can't go online and cancel the payments. When I went in person to cancel, they told me I wouldn't get charged anymore. Low and behold, I've been charged again. On top of it all, they will not give me my money back even though it has been verified I have not used that membership once since it was "activated." I've used a lot of different car washes in this part of town. This may turn out to be one of my favorites. I had dropped my better half off for PT and decided to get her car washed while she was doing that. This one was near, so I headed for it. Entrance is easy to get in, and today, I didn't even have to wait. I drove up, made my selection of washes, and drove to the entrance. The attendant guided me in, and I was off. Upon finishing, I drove to a nearby vacuum stall. Vacuum worked great except for picking up all the dog hair. I guess I need to invest in a back seat cover:-) Will I return? Price? Decent. Odd how my entire car was clean but the front near the grill looked partially washed. Also, not happy that the wheel guard was dislodged slightly. I didn't notice until I was near the vacuums. Thankfully no real damage. It's easily popped back into place. But if I'd lost that little green plastic "screw" I wouldn't have been able to. I'm not sure if the person guiding me didn't ensure my car wasn't properly aligned or what but I hear the thump inside the was but I wasn't aware that's what I heard. They are selling options that are knowingly not working. Selected the $15 wash that had tire cleaning ($10.00 basic wash plus $5.00 for tires) Nothing was cleaned on the tires or rims. The lights were out in the car wash at the stage the tires should have been washed. When I asked about it, I was told it wasn't working and would be sometime before it was fixed. I asked for only the $5.00 dollars back and wanted to know why they didn't have a sign on the machine stating that option wasn't available so people wouldn't continue paying for something they didn't get. Over the course of about 10 mins I was told everything from only the machine could give the money back, they couldn't put a sign up, he would clean the tires manually, refusing my requests for phone numbers/names of the machine company and the general manager of the car wash, which he told me he had called her already. I even asked to talk to her and he refused. Finally he told me I was the only one that had complained and to never do that again. However, while I was finishing with my car he gave me a receipt for the entire refund of the car wash (which I never asked for) and told never to come back. I wonder how much money they have been getting for a service that isn't even working. read more

I was initially impressed with the service I received at this location and the wash was good. However, my opinion has changed now that I found out I was auto registered for the membership despite not requesting it. I ask for a single wash and stated I didn't want a membership, which I was told was fine. But I got charged a month later for the membership despite not wanting it and being told I didn't need one. Either I was misinformed by the employee or they weren't paying attention and registered me without my approval. read more

I was very excited when I was going through the washing process, because I felt like they washed my car longer with more bubbles than the place I usually go to. However I was very disappointed after I checked my car, because it was not as clean. I got more disappointed a few days after when it was raining. I realized that my car was not shielded at all. I appreciated their vacuum cleaners and wiping towels were free. This place might be good for a casual wash with the cheapest plan. read more

Subpar wash with a lot of bells and whistles. If it actually washed my entire vehicle id be more impressed. $20 car wash, free air/vacuums/towels Sounded like a great deal. Literally the entire back of my SUV was dirty. Not washed off at all, still coated in the dust I came to wash off. The shiny wheel efforts were smudged by the tire coating getting smeared on the hub caps. The vacuum had great suction but was so extreme and the nozzle poorly designed it kept catching into anything I tried to vacuum and had to twist it sideways to keep it from creating a suction seal. I had to hunt for the towels, two tiny carts hidden at the end of the aisle and easily hidden by other vehicles. I parked on one end to fight with the vacuum and ended up driving and parking on the other end to use the towel so I wouldn't have to walk the length of the car wash twice. For the price point, I'm not impressed. I could have paid $5 more to go to wash tub and get a basic wash that included hand dry and interior wipe down for me. Next time I'll just do the wash tub and know my car won't come out only 80% washed. read more

Car wash is kind of pricey and doesn't wash that well. Staff is rude. I was vacuuming and cleaning the inside of my car when I sent my son to grab a couple of towels to wipe down our car. My son grabbed two towels and grabbed an extra two to hand to a man who was standing there also needing towels. He went and returned one of the towels while I was still cleaning with the 2nd towel. A worker came and accused my Black son of stealing towels while I was parked and literally using the towel at that moment! He said, "We saw him grab four towels and not return four towels." I said, "That's because he handed two of those four towels to another man who was waiting and I'm still using the other towel." Machines get off timing and your car gets hit with dry bristles, soap doesn't get rinsed off and you leave the tunnel covered in soap and water spots. This happened to me and this attendant on duty told me "it's been happening all morning, what do you want me to do stop every car and warm them?" Uh maybe try resetting the machine, something, anything other than giving me serious attitude for bringing It to your attention then telling me to "leave man, just leave", when his attitude and response pissed me off. I have taken my car and my husband's truck here and they always come out super clean and look great for awhile... the hot honey wax seems to protect the vehicles from developing those dreaded water spots after a rain. Just tried this location out for the first time and it needs some work: The BuzzPay feature (scanning thru their app to pay to be able get loyalty points) was not working for either of my cards. Because everyone feels like they need to reinvent the wheel (versus say implementing ApplePay), this means you have to input all the information for your cards manually each time which makes the process more frustrating. Finally, I just decided to forgo the points for my purchase because there's no safe way to get out of line once you're in it (because all the lanes are one way so once you're at the pay stations you're stuck). After purchasing the wash and going thru it, I discovered I didn't get the wash I paid for -- I've purchased the wash at a different location and there's some distinct differences between the Super Bee and other washes that I didn't get. Suggestion for improving the BuzzPay : print QR codes on the receipts and allow customers to scan this coupon to get credit for the wash in cases where BuzzPay isn't working as it should. UPDATE: I tried to email them thru the contact email provided on their website to inform them about the issues at the pay station and see if I could retro be credited loyalty points, but the email was returned as undeliverable. I guess silly me for expecting you, as a business, to want to engage with your customers -- especially using the email address you provide on your webpage. read more

I mentioned it would have been nice if the employees let the cars who were waiting in line know of the issue, again I waited 25 minutes. The employee told me I could just get the fuck out of here.
