I rolled down my window and spoke with the guy that was standing next to the kiosk. He did some checking and asked me about my payment. I checked my bank and found out that my payment was made a few days later than it normally does. After some thought, I realize that perhaps because the bank is not open on Sundays and in addition, it was a holiday weekend. Perhaps the payment went through a little later than normal. Regardless, the payment was made. After several minutes of back-and-forth, the guy tells me that they have had issues with their system. In order for me to get my car washed I was being asked to charge an additional penny on my credit card so that they could get my membership running again. My question is if my account was charged why do I have to go through this process again? He really couldn't tell me and at that point, after sitting in the drive for what seemed like an eternity I was not ready to do that. I drove off, but then I remembered that I had already paid in full. Why am I not allowed to proceed through the car wash? Regardless of whether they had my credit card information or not. When I pulled back in, I spoke to the gentleman in the office. He didn't seem apologetic at all. He just said that this is the workaround that they came up with. I said if this is an issue, he should be the one to come out and explain it to the customer. He then proceeded to tell me that the guy at the kiosk was a "keyholder" as well. I'm not really sure what that means or what it has to do with it. I've been a member of this bubble bath, since it opened. In addition, I got my husband a membership as well. I would guess that a good deal of their income comes from memberships like mine. I would think they would want to do everything to keep their members happy with little inconvenience. This situation was inconvenient.

Overall, I enjoyed it. I don't need any wow factors for mundane things like this. My car came out super clean and thet had the vacuums behind the building with air compressors I believe and microfiber towels for an extra dry. Not to mention whe I was leaving the wash tunnel, two gentlemen were already drying as well. I loved the Bee Clean business but now it's Go Wash but if you live at the Rim like me, this is convenient without traffic of going to other big business car washes.

The manager sweet-talked me into their membership special: two months of "premium service." I should've taken that as my first warning sign. After the first wash, I very generously tipped the kind lady and started to pull out, only to notice my truck was still filthy. The back seat? Untouched. The rear floorboards (which I specifically asked them to clean)? Nope. The smudge on my windshield? Still staring at me like it knew how this was going to end. I turned back, hoping this was just a rare slip-up. The manager assured me they'd "make it right" and ran the truck back through. When I got it back, guess what? Still dirty. I had to wipe out the cupholder myself because apparently that was too much to ask. The back seat hadn't been vacuumed. The back window was still smeared. The seats looked like no one even glanced at them. I wasn't expecting full-on detail work, but I was expecting basic competence. Instead, I got a shiny membership bill and a truck that looks like it went camping in a dust storm. If this is The Wash Tub's idea of "premium service," I'd hate to see what their basic wash looks like.

To ensure you don't easily miss the entrance and having to U-Turn at the gated apartment complex next to it, make sure you keep an eye out once you turn onto Patricia Drive from West Ave. Almost immediately to the left is where the carwash is at. The washes are priced amazingly at $6, $8, $10, $12; way more economic than most other washes. Completely touchless, automatically water powered, usually unstaffed, which I enjoy especially given the current COVID19 pandemic situation. The vacuum before you enter the wash. Bear right to pass through the vacuum after entering the complex if you don't need to, then bear left into the wash bay payment stands (there is 2 of them). The vacuum cost $1, adding to any of the washes is not bad considering that it is still cheaper than most other car washes that include free vacuumming. Size of the wash area is decently large, I have a med-large size sedan and it feels quite roomy passing through the machine compared to some other car washes. Height limit is 7' so be careful if you have a tall truck; I've driven a unmodified 2018 Ram 1500 through it without any issues! Overall, awesome automatic car wash that is very well priced.
