They said they would get back to me. They took 2 days and 3 more of my calls to get back to me, told me they would not refund the restocking fee and cancelled my order. Thanks for taking 90 dollars and doing nothing but stalling. It is the customer service that I am complaining about. Between your store not realizing that not having a fridge is time sensitive and waiting to get back to me, and the Spanish speaking run around I got on the corporate number.

Great job explaining the operation of furnace and a/c and was able to do a type of " energy audit" to determine where we might be leaking warm air out. Well worth the money and very complete review.
