I went to wash my car at the location on Grove in Ontario. It was extremely crowded, and many people were taking a long time vacuuming and drying their cars. There were no available parking spots for me to vacuum my car, and I ended up waiting about 30 minutes without anyone leaving. As a loyal customer, I feel I should be able to vacuum and dry my car after my wash. I believe the vacuum stations should have a time limit--such as 10 minutes--to help improve the flow of customers. Some people stay in their cars to relax or play loud music even after they're done, which makes it frustrating for those of us who want a quick wash and vacuum. Implementing a time limit would really help improve the overall experience. read more

This use to be my go to place until today I have had my truck rewashed with no questions asked but today was a different story I had asked for a rewash due to excessive bird droppings and I had a felling that would be the case because it was a hotter day so when I had asked the guy at front and he said he had to ask the manager I knew it was going to be an issue I told her the issue why and she said that the foam brushes would not take the bird poop off and gave me a bug remover cloth instead and I was not able to do the rewash even though it had nothing to do with bugs. I give this place a . If you pay for your vehicle to be dried with the drying brush at the end, they will shut off the machine at their discretion if you have hood fog lights because they don't want to ruin their drying brush. You'll take my money, but you won't do the 100% service. read more

To be honest I passed by here for a quick car wash and honestly can't complain much. Was it worth the $20 I paid for the wash?? No, but as long as you get one of the cheaper options like maybe bronze or silver wash then it's worth it but it's not worth the $20 I payed. read more

Disappointing Experience at Fast5Car Wash on Grove Ave I visited the Fast Five Car Wash on Grove Ave this morning for an express wash, as my wife's car needed some quick attention before heading to work. I was glad to see they open early, so I decided to go for the most expensive $16 car wash (plus $2 for the blue drying towel), expecting a thorough clean. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed with the service. The last roller, which is supposed to dry the top surfaces of the car by moving up and down, wasn't working at all. The hood was still dirty, and I had to rewash it myself when i got home. Since I was in a rush to get home before my wife left for work, I couldn't take pictures right then, but I didn't expect the results to be this poor. When I got home, I realized the tires didn't have any shine or treatment, and the roof was still dirty. I don't expect every bug to be removed, but the car came out looking almost the same as when it went in. For $16, I expected much better. I'm posting this review to share my experience and hope that improvements are made, as I wasn't happy with the service provided. read more

Quick and efficient car wash that is automated and prices that range from $6 to $14. My favorite thing about this place is the air compressor hoses with trigger handles for detailing your car that makes it unique from other wash and self-vacuum places. There is also a membership available for more frequent washers. When you enter there are two lanes when you enter, the left side is for members and credit card users and the other is for debit/cash and others (there is a staff person in the booth). Staff is super friendly and helpful as I had just returned from a road trip, I asked if I could run it through the wash again because I bought their Platinum package for $14 and there were some spots on my SUV that just didn't get touched. They were very accommodating and gave me a choice of either a re-wash or a bug/tar remover. They recommended the bug cleaner and hooked me up because it was first time at that location. They also have a wall of dispensers of different cleaners for $1 ranging from Armor-All to Leather Wipes (shown in my picture.) The bathroom requires a code from the attendant which they were happy to help with. In order to get the free towel through Yelp, they suggest you leave a review first in order to get the Yelp checkin offer, instead of the other way around. read more

I've come to this car wash a few times since moving to the area and I'm done now. At no point in the wash does anything touch the center of my car. I have a streak down the middle of my hood that is still dirty. Untouched. You can see the marks left by the things as they spin past and only get the edges of the hood. I paid extra attention this time and the soap also never hit the center of my windshield. I paid for the $11 wash which is the second cheapest, offering just a little more than a wash and blow dry. Wax and tire shine I believe. The tires look good. The windshield is still dirty and the center of the hood is still dirty. They do have good, strong vacuums ant no extra cost, which is rare in my experience. But I'm done coming here since it never cleans the center of my car. I drive a Honda Element. The brushes bent my front license plate so bad that I had to remove it and try to bend my plate back and it's still bent at the corners. I complained about it and I was told to request that they turn off the front brushes, I feel this it not an acceptable resoloution because I am paying to have my whole care clean. read more

I've called management to let them know and nothing has changed. I've had a monthly membership here since they opened (except a short 2 month break). The employee's are poorly trained and cant give a consistent answer about why they refuse to wash certain parts of my truck. Their first issue was my trailer hitch. I removed it. The next issue was they still cant wash the rear of the truck since it has a bumper... they eventually figured that out after I had a manager look at it 2 times. They then decided they didn't like my side steps, so they were replaced with retracting steps. Well, then it's an issue with the brushes dropping into the bed since I have a 5th wheel hitch. I put a hard cover on the bed. This hard cover has been a non-issue for 2 years now. The last time before today I used the wash, an employee tells me the brushes will damage the bed cover. I insisted and it continues to work fine without damage. Today, the statement was, "The manager requires us to retract the brushes for all trucks. You can go talk to my manager." So, I did. The woman who would only identify herself as the "assistant-manager" tells me the bed cover is NOT a problem; the problem is the trailer hitch mount that sticks out less than 1/2" from the bumper... "We'll rewash your truck and I'll show you." No thanks; cancel my membership and I'll go to some other wash that may have some consistency. read more

Great car wash. Came at a busy time apparently. Positives: They have a specific lane for those who are members. This allows them to get in faster then the one time buyer line. This is a huge plus since other places I have gone it is all one line to get in with no priority to members. Secondly I love that at the end they don't just have dryers but also a towel roller that gets off excess water that the dryer may not have gotten. Negatives: I came after a windy morning and you can tell that there must have been a good amount of dirt that blew onto the towel roller. This meant when it went to dry my car it left a good amount of dust residue that wasn't there prior to it rolling. Secondly there are not enough vacuum stations. With the hotel parking in the same lot it leaves for little space for their customers. Yes I came at a busy time but when you have cars coming out every minute or so the amount of stalls there (or lack of) means more then 50% of customers will not get the chance to even use the vacuums. Probably not an option but if they had more stations on the other wise as well it would be a lot better. Overall not bad and the member prices are good but unfortunate that not every even gets a chance to use Al services. read more

Whatever car wash , water definitely leaves pretty bad water marks on car but I'm here for management. Manager by the name of PATRICIA had to ask for her 4 times in order to get proper communication because the car wash attended is young and only knows so much. Accidentally vacuumed something valuable up, wash attendant just shrugged her shoulder with a oh well face and told me to fill out some little piece of paper, asked if the manager can come explain this procedure of yours more. Wouldn't come out, the girl offered a business card for the manager so I said ok and she came back with a receipt with the store address and number smh. After 4th time of the girl going back-and-forth manager finally comes out and explains her self which could have just been handled from the beginning. I have four cars with you guys and will not be coming back. If I was a woman and vacuumed up my wedding ring things would have been different smh. Horrible experience, do better. read more

My car was clean . They give you dash wipes and there are free vacuums to use. The price is fair. However I lost the cap off my drivers side mirror. When I call to ask if they found the part I got the " the managers not here but I'll have him call you"... never did hear from anyone. I'm really disappointed because my car is custom painted and the mirror caps are painted too. I can't replace them with factory parts. So I had to order 2 side view mirror caps in just black in order to make things look right. I have a Caribbean blue Toyota Yaris. If anyone who works here thinks they have my mirror cap please let me know. read more

When it comes to car wash, I always look to see how clean the cars come out after the wash. Ive been coming many times to Fast5XPress Car Wash and I really enjoy it. It's the convenience and the simplicity that makes it worth while. The Car Wash is located off the 60fwy and it's on Grove Ave, before Philadelphia Ave. there are signs that make it very easy to get you around. There are 2 lines: One for Cash and the other for Credit/Debit Cards. In my opinion, the prices are reasonable. I usually get the Platinum Package ($14) and it's well with it. After you purchase it, you get a valid receipt and you will pay $7 next time you come back. They have the Gold Package for $12 and the next time, it's for free. The only difference of the 2 packages is that the Gold, doesn't have the top 3 of the Platinum. My overall experience was great and the customer service I received from the friendly staff makes it worth it. In my personal opinion, I would recommend Fast5XPresss Car Wash if you want a fast and reasonably priced Car Wash that you don't have to do yourself, just drive thru. I became a regular customer and will continue to support Fast5XPress Car Wash. read more

They are open during COVID-19!! I was so happy to see that were open during the pandemic. I went on a Tuesday afternoon and there were only a few people in line. I paid for the $9 wash with my credit card and I was on my way. The car wash is much like the normal drive thru car washes...you are in and out in a matter of minutes. Next was the vaccum station. They had every other station coned off as to comply with the social distancing rules. I appreciated this. The vaccums were nice and strong and I had no problem cleaning all the dirt and debris out of my car. I would definitely try this place again. read more

Employees fail to guide cars to exit when cars stop at the tunnel exit causing car accidents even when cars are honking for cars to exit. Employees will walk right past the whole incident taking place and not react to anything with any sense of urgency. The business refuses to give any real help after incidents. read more
