Waiting area was clean and air conditioned. Cashier was very nice and made sure I didn't need any cash back for a tip. Truck looked and smelled brand new! Came to Chino Valley Car Wash 7/19 after over a month since my last wash. My truck was in pretty bad shape, not to mention I had just spilled carpet shampoo liquid in the trunk. The car wash opened about 15-20 minutes early for several of the cars which was nice of them. I was lucky enough to get Jesus who cleaned my car like it was his personal vehicle. I'll be looking and requesting him in the future. Amazing service, the car wash is a bit out of my way but the service is worth the trip. I'll be back for sure. read more

They don't fully wipe down your dashboard and your middle console. I had milkshake spilled on my cup holder. I cleaned what I had but there was residue in the corner. So I left it on purpose because I needed to wash my vehicle. So when I took it here I figured the would clean the inside. To my surprise, they didn't even touch it. I even tipped the guy cause from afar it looked good. Wrong! Ain't coming back and don't tip if they don't do their job. read more

I have been bringing my work truck to this location. And they do a fantastic job. They are friendly and they are proficient.

Paid $200 for a detail job. 4 hours later I got my truck back that would have looked better with just a regular $29.00 wash. I asked to speak to the manager who was in defense mode before I said one word. Everything I showed him he shook his head back and forth and said that not included in $200 detail. Please look at the pictures and see for yourself. DO NOT GO HERE. Ps I also had bugs on my front bumper that I dont have pictures of. I Will never go back. The managers attitude was more angering then anything. I wasnt looking for a refund just someone to finish the job right. Which I didn't get. read more
