To start, there appeared to be a lack of attention while my car was going through the wash--the back wheel got stuck and was dragging along the rails, which was concerning. I purchased their top $45 package, yet the interior cleaning was extremely poor. Several areas clearly hadn't been wiped down at all. When I pointed them out, I was told that those areas weren't cleaned because I hadn't paid for "detailing." For a $45 top-tier car wash package, I think it's perfectly reasonable to expect the basic interior surfaces to actually be wiped clean. The whole experience left me wondering what exactly I paid $45 for. I've had a much better experience at the car wash on Grand and will gladly continue going there instead. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I can't recommend this place, and my friends and I will be taking our business elsewhere.

I told the attendant, and was given the direction to go through the car wash again, which did not help. I talked with the attendant again and they came over to look at my car, took pictures, called their manager, and told me that she would be in contact soon. About a week and a half goes by I get a call from the manager saying that she's waiting to hear back from the owner so that I can go get the spots on my car buffed out, which was a week and a half ago. I would not encourage anyone to go to this car wash.
