I brought it to the attention of the employee at the counter and asked if it could be replaced so I could get a fresh one. I was told that it could not be replaced. I then chose a soda from the refrigerator instead and asked if the cost of the unusable fountain drink could be deducted. I was again told no, and that a manager was not available. I understand that equipment issues happen, but customers should not have to pay for a product that is clearly not working properly. I would appreciate this issue being addressed, both regarding the soda machine and making sure staff have guidance on how to handle situations like this.

The store is also always super clean and everything is stocked up. Fresh food and coffee are also always available. Whoever owns/runs this location should know they have an awesome staff!!
