Our only constructive feedback is regarding timeline guidance. Since our wedding fell on the Friday evening before a holiday weekend, our driver arrived 5 minutes late for the first shuttle run, and heavy traffic ultimately caused our ceremony to start late. As clients planning a major event, we would have really appreciated extra guidance from the team during booking--such as a heads-up to factor local holiday traffic and ceremony timing into our overall schedule. Overall, though, we had a great experience and would still recommend Michael's Limousine for any event transportation!

It never officially gave me a price for the ride but I figured it couldn't be too crazy and said that the quote was pending. Only to find out they charged me $1,008 for a 20 minute limo ride saying there is a 4 hour minimum. I called the company to see if there was any way they could take some off since that was nowhere on the online booking and we only used them for 20 minutes. They said no and hung up. Very upsetting. Not to mention the 20 minutes that we did use the limo for, the music and sound didn't work so we sat in silence most of the trip. Overall not a great experience and now I'm out $1000 for a lousy 20 minute limo ride. Would not recommend this company.

It was an unbranded payment website, so I texted the rep a simple question about whether they took any other forms of payment than the link in the email, just out of curiosity to see if they took stripe/venmo or something more standard/safe. The rep completely blew up on me and cancelled my reservation then was aggressively calling me out over texts saying I was asking them to integrate Stripe and that they couldn't just integrate and accept any form of payment like that from a customer ask.. I was just asking a simple question, I was happy to use the provided payment processor if the answer was no, but they totally blew the whole thing up for no reason.
