My husband & I have used Dependable Limo for transportation to Logan Airport from Danvers on 2 occasions. Both times they were at our house early to pick us up. They helped with our luggage, had a beautiful, comfortable car and got us to the airport in plenty of time for our flight. It was great to arrive home from a long flight and not have to worry about a ride home. I got a text message when I landed telling me they were waiting in the limo lot. They provided waters and let us relax during our ride home. We will definitely use them again! read more

Who ever heard of a car service which has an ANSWERING MACHINE? I need to be able to communicate with the company, and not have to wait 10 minutes for someone to call me back. "We text you the driver's number." But I want to be able to TALK to someone in charge, if need be, and what if my driver doesn't answer my texts, like the service with an ANSWERING MACHINE, which taught me not to trust operations like this one. I suggest you go with a service with a human being who answers the phone. I wonder if this is one guy, handling the phone, because they rarely have clients. YIKES! read more

I've been using Dependable for a little over two years, and it's been a consistently great experience. This small, family-owned company puts a premium on customer service, and it shows: the drivers are friendly, professional, and always on time, and the company is increasingly incorporate technology into its business (i.e., methods of payment). I switched to Dependable after a much larger car service based on the North Shore had their driver oversleep and miss my pickup, which caused me to subsequently miss my flight. I've never had any concern of anything remotely similar happening since switching to Dependable. They're a great company; use 'em! read more

Always arrive early even for pre-dawn pickups. Dependable indeed! My wife and I always use them for trips to Logan from the North Shore.

Awful! Completely misguiding. They don't have any limos! A company called "Dependable limo" should have limos! Instead they have dirty old beat up town cars that looks like it's someones personal vehicle. When I called to complain the old lady that answered told me that they used to have limos years ago but business went downhill and they couldn't afford limos anymore. She didn't care at all! (Probably not the first time someone called upset because this company duped them) All in all I would not recommend this "limo service" to anyone. It's much less expensive to just get a taxi. I cannot say enough about the service my family and I had. I would highly recommend Dependable Limo to all on the Northshore. The drivers are extremely friendly and courteous. Glen was my driver on the way home from Logan and he was superb! My flight was delayed over 2 hours and he called me to tell me not to worry, he would keep an eye on my flight and be there waiting for us when we landed. We finally arrived just after 11pm and Glen was there waiting for us just as promised.I will definitely be using Dependable Limo in the future read more

I was very impressed with the service. Picked us up about 10 minutes early for or trip to catch a flight at Logan. Driver knew the fastest way to go and got us there early. Better early than late to catch a plane. On our return trip two weeks later the driver was there before our plan landed (It was 20 minutes late). Since we were coming in from overseas in the early evening, was very happy to hear he was there waiting and to not worry about being a little late. Both drivers were friendly and very courteous. Best way to get to and from the airport as opposed to having to deal with long term parking and buses etc. Will definitely be the first place I can the next time I fly. read more

I've used Dependable several times over the past year for rides to and from the airport. The drivers have always shown up early (except once, more below) and have always been friendly and helpful. They also know the best and fastest routes, rather than just blindly following the GPS as many drivers do. I had an issue once when my pickup from Logan was almost an hour late, but I was fully satisfied with the company's response and efforts to "make it right", and have used them since. All in all, getting rides from Dependable has alleviated much of the stress of getting to Logan for a flight, or getting home after one. read more
