Tommy was so friendly and came back multiple times to try different repairs on our dishwasher when nothing was washing well in there. He gave us helpful tips on cleaning and maintaining our dishwasher to help keep it operating well as long as possible after replacing a part. Laura, in the office, made we realize my washer was still under warranty. The job was done by a Hotpoint technician and the 300 dollar repair cost me nothing. STAY AWAY!! WARNING !! BAD NEWS Individual!! Totally unprofessional! Came to my house to repair Bosch Dish washer. Charged $220 plus Tip, and DID NOT fix my unit. I called him back immediately that day, and now his says that he was going to send over "Wendy" to look at it, and that NOW, it is the Circuit Board. So, the part that he replaced wasn't bad after all.Guessing at problem , NOT diagnosing it! "Wendy" never called, or showed up? I called him 3 days later, and asked about the repair. First thing out of his mouth was that he would give me my money back, BUT he will have to charge me $60.00 for Service Call. That was what was important to this Joker, NOT the repair, and customer service. The name of his company is ALL APPLIANCE and this person's name is Thomas Damulewi. I don't really know if he is the owner, the address comes back to a house in North Port. Hopefully, he will refund me the total minus the $60.00 service fee. I'm still waiting. My advise is Don't make the same mistake as I did, and trust this guy's word. He was extremely nice while here, but once there was a problem, he became extremely Unprofessional and downright RUDE. I was having problems with my dishwasher and subzero refrigerator and they came out at all hours to make sure the problems were taken care of. It's so nice to be able to speak to someone right away and a technician out to my house shortly after. One company i had called quoted me almost double than what All Appliance charged me and they even came on a Saturday for my refrigerator problem. Cannot say enough good things about this team. Our first encounter (by phone 1 1/2yrs ago) was during a heat when the freezer of our fridge stopped freezing. Fridge was fine. Called All Appliance Repair and told Laura the problem- she told me how to fix it without having to have a repairman come to do it. Explaining that the humidity had probably caused a freeze up and we needed to disconnect and let it defrost- didnot need a repairman, no charge and it worked. Most recently they have been so accommodating in helping to repair a builtin microwave (one of those drawer types by Sharp) which stopped microwaving. I had to contact sharp since the magnetron was still under warranty. Laura communicated with Sharp, sent Tom to verify it was the magnetron, then accepted delivery of the replacement magnetron from Sharp. Bob came to retrieve the machine, fixed it and just returned with a repaired machine. Thanks to you all for your flexibility and skill. And Bob had some advice too about our gas fired fireplace... No stars deserved. Bob came, checked my washer & even though there was water on the floor he couldn't figure out why. Said my drains were bad. Tom Egan snaked all drains to the tune of $597.49. I almost died when the water still pooling. The solenoid needed to be replaced in the machine. Bob from ALL APPLIANCE REPAIR messed up & it cost me $600. Plus the 50 I vave Bob just to look at the machine. DO NOT HIRE ALL APPLIANCE REPAIR. read more

We are in the midst of a pandemic, and our stove refused to warm. We put out a call to All Appliance Repair and they responded in minutes by phone that we needed to replaced our igniter, and they would order it although it wouldn't be available until late the next day. On the second day we were making cookies and pizza. The technician, Robert was profession and knew exactly what to do and replaced the part without issue. Would strongly recommend using them for two reasons, one THEY ARE LOCAL and the other is the work is timely and excellent service. Completely unreliable. Has been hours late for service appointments or calls and then didn't communicate when there has been a problem. I won't be using the in the future - it isn't worth the aggravation of completely rearranging my work schedule to accommodate their last minute changes or failures to show up. read more
