My Hotpoint washing machine stopped working due to the lid lock being broken. I called Josh, told him what was wrong and he ordered the part on Monday and said he could fix my machine on Wednesday. He gave me a time slot and called me 20 minutes before he would be there. When he arrived he got to work fixed the problem and another issue arose with the pump not draining the water that was left in the machine. He diagnosed that problem and drained the water and realized that the pump was clogged. He fixed that and the machine was working perfectly before he left. He quoted me a price before he came and that was what he charged me. He is extremely professional and honest and didnt even charge me more for the additional service that he performed. We had some issues with our GE fridge. The ice wasn't coming out and the back panel was frozen inside the fridge in which water was coming out. Luckily we still had a warranty on the fridge and Josh from Amaro Appliance Service came to the house to save the day! Josh is the best service person I've dealt with in decades. We had a leak in our LG washer and called him based on recommendations and good reviews.
