Surely Viking fridges should be better than that, but alas, they are not. Our service guy is fine but just to STEP FOOT IN THE DOOR to give me an estimate on how much I will be charged to replace the interior fridge lights (THAT WERE REPLACED LESS THAN A FEW MONTHS AGO BY THE SAME SERVICE GUY ROB), I have to PAY A HEFTY FEE OR $169?! Are you insane? The lights that this same guy changed broke in such a short span of time (which is under the year guarantee that American Service provides) yet I AM THE ONE to still have to shell out nearly TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS to get an idea of how much it will cost to fix?
