Instead of addressing the issue, he repeatedly insisted that I answer phone calls rather than resolving the matter through messages. I continued requesting a refund because the service had not been delivered. At that point the conversation became hostile. I received multiple inappropriate and intimidating messages, including being called a "terrorist", references to my name and background, and statements implying legal consequences and authorities being involved. During the conversation he also stated that he had spent 10 years in prison, which felt like an attempt to intimidate me rather than resolve a simple refund request. I have screenshots of the entire exchange documenting everything that was said. Instead of completing the service or issuing a refund, the situation escalated into harassment and personal attacks. This was extremely unprofessional and not how a legitimate business should treat customers. To give one star to this con-artist is too generous. To start off i called and explained the issue with my appliance, the guy quoted me at 250$ for the repair including parts but would require half upon arrival (125$). Shows up 2 hours late, walked in did absolutely nothing and waited until the deposit was sent to then call and say the appliance needed a bunch of repairs that the original quote would not suffice. Also pretends to have multiple technicians to send out when in reality is just him showing up to do the "so call" repairs. I can upload the receipt of the payment made to this thieve if anyne needs as as reference. Seth fixed our 5 year old LG top loader washing machine. It had a leak and Seth found it was coming from a pinhole leak in the inlet valve assembly. I had searched for a replacement part and the least expensive I found was about $75. Sean sent me a couple of links to sites which had the part and one was $20 and the other was $30. I went with the $30 site because the part was shipped faster. Sean returned the night I received the part and installed it. Machine works perfectly and doesn't leak.
