He comes up with every excuse, says he will drop off checks and didn't. He also initially claimed to be insured and had papers, but after the bathroom mold damage, he said he neglected to pay the current year's insurance cost because he couldn't afford it. How this business is allowed to operate in the Bay St. Louis area is a mystery. He even texted me a photo of himself with his face battered, claiming that he couldn't pay me because he was hit in the face with a 2"X4". You can't make this stuff up. Avoid at all costs.
