There was some excessive damage to my lawn in the process and credit to Jerry for offering to make it right and following through. After following all care instructions provided, which were very few and required my own research, my family and I left town for about 6 weeks leaving the patio to continue curing to its final state. Upon our return not even 3 months later we returned to a patio with cracks throughout it. Pacific Coast Concrete has taken zero responsibility for this, calling it a natural outcome of the shrinkage of the slab but I have this new one next to a 20 year old slab that has exactly zero cracks in it. From what I have read and been told by other concrete professionals, shrinkage cracking can be normal, but is usually caused by inferior materials or preparation of the concrete itself (too wet, etc.). It is a shame that Pacific Coast Concrete will take zero responsibility over the condition of the slab they poured just 3 months ago. Now I have spent thousands of dollars on something that is already falling apart.

They dug up our grass to lay a drainage line and our friends that live across the street remarked what a nice job they did in replacing the grass. There was an issue of a damaged internet line but they worked closely with the ISP firm to insure the line was replaced the very same day by waiting on Ziply and helping them install the new line. Two months later they came back and changed out 3 grated clean out covers with ones that have filtering screening on them to address insects hatching out of the clean outs.
