I had to wait for the owner, installer and two regional managers to come verify the defect. This took over 5 months! I just got my new carpet last Friday. Nicole-the owner measured our carpet incorrectly to begin with and charged us for 5 extra yards. I gave this back to her when she viewed the flawed carpet. She said since she had replaced the defective carpet, I certainly wasn't getting any refund. No customer service or any professionalism at this shop. Buyer beware!

He had a nice selection of high quality, but reasonably priced, flooring covering options and helped us identify the LVP flooring we were trying to match in our new house. Due to construction delays, we put the selection of new flooring on hold. A few weeks later my contactor removed some of the existing LVP floor to do foundation work. When my contractor was then unable to reinstall the floor, we panicked since it was critical for the next stage of our remodel. I immediately reached out to Alexander at Emerald Installation. He was AMAZING! Alexander came over that same afternoon and reinstalled the flooring. It was beautiful, and just in time for the next stage of construction. We had a specific type of marble tile in mind for our shower enclosure, and went to Shoomadoogie to inquire about it. Talked to Jennifer about it. She promised to find a supplier and contact us once she did. Never heard from her. Went to another tile place and they were able to identify a supplier for the tile we wanted. Emailed Jennifer with the name of the supplier. Never heard back from her. Then we decided to purchase tile through another supplier (half of what Shoomadoogie was quoting) and Shoomadoogie said they would not consider installing the tile since we didn't buy it from them. Even though we were willing to purchase floor tile from them, Jennifer wouldn't budge on that policy. We ended up going to Creative Countertops in Poulsbo, and they were happy to install our tile. I would strongly encourage anyone who is thinking of using Shoomadoogie for tile work to go to Creative Countertops instead.

The designer we worked with was knowledgeable and friendly, however, we received a bathroom cabinet…read morethat was poorly constructed and all the drawers faces and rails were out of alignment. When I called the office, they said it was poor installation by my contractor. I paid $7000 for particle board cabinets, which made realigning the drawers very difficult. The only solution that was offered by Belmont was to pull the cabinet out and wait for a replacement (6 weeks delay). No one from All Floors and More or Belmont, was willing to assist us by coming to see the cabinet, make the necessary repairs, or stand by us, their customer. They assumed the customer was wrong. Next, it took 5 months for the hardware to arrive, which was way too late. When I was notified it had finally arrived, I asked to return it, and they told me I had to return hardware with 60 days of the order ( which was 3 months before the hardware arrived). These people just want your money and do not stand behind their products if there is a problem.
