The subwoofer was under warranty but I would have to come back another day to get it fixed. This would mean I would have to travel 2.5 hours to come back. Instead of making me bring it back Sean fixed it on the spot and had me out in less than an hour . I could not thank him enough for saving me the additional trip. I will continue to use him because customer service is important to me. They take care of their customers.

Made appt to have the speakers in my 2008 accord replaced. 2 in rear deck, 2 in lower front doors,…read moreand 2 tweeters. They wired the speakers backwards and blew out the entire honda radio and refuses to admit it. Put the rear seat on top of the seatbelts and bolted it back. The tweeters are not attached into the housings, went over a bump and they came hanging out. Can't wait to hear them explain this
