He made me purchase him first class class tickets to Mexico, holding my house and cleanings hostage. (Look at the text history in this photo) This photos in here are of The Estate Palm Springs, my property he is using without my consent. I have one of the top performing properties in the city, and he put my home and livliehood at huge risk. Things started showing up missing in my house, leaf blowers, expensive bottles of wine and high end tequila in the owners closet. Kevin would show up late, or not at all. He is a drug addict, and I would find baggies with crystal meth with residue lying around the house after his cleaning and he would be sweating profusely, talking so fast you can barely understand him. I have had guests complain that Kevin showed up high on drugs/alcohol when greeting them. Kevin and Patricia are NOT licensed and insured. Ask them! You will not be protected.
