The redwood had lots of splits in the wood (some of it was actually unusable), plus many knots. The quality was definitely not what I expected for this high-priced redwood. I wish I had been able to hand select the pieces, rather than just getting "whatever" the team who bundles the order selected. Definitely not the quality I would expect from Ganahl Lumber.

Measuring cubic yards is not the easiest thing to do (at least for me), so I was a little concerned I might have ordered too much. The staff explained we could pickup the material in phases, and anything we did not need would be refunded to our credit card on file. Well, my measurements were slightly over what we needed, and the refund process over the phone was seamless. I highly recommend O.F. Wolfinbarger for any building or landscape material needs. Recently , I ordered a huge quantity of wall caps for my backyard Project. He outsourced my order and have a local manufacturer makes my wall caps. When I received my order most of the wall caps were not up to the quality to be installed in my backyard. I called Robert and complained about the quality of the caps. He immediately rush to my house and told me to take some pictures of the caps. After taking the pictures he immediately send the pictures to the manufacturer and told him to either replace the entire batch of caps or get the money refunded. The manufacturer hesitated and waited about a month to picked their defective caps. Robert was not very happy about this delay and ordered the caps through a different manufacturer. He also recommended to have a little bit more darker colors caps so they can match with the stones of the retaining wall. Finally my caps arrived much Better quality and a darker color perfectly match with the stones. All this was possible because of the excellent service of Robert.
