Ryan was bang on time, pleasant to chat with, and asked all the right questions to write a detailed estimate for me. He made clear what was included in the write-up, and how extra costs would be calculated so there were no surprises. (My window trim needed repair and replacement, so was priced to time and materials since I wasn't sure of the ultimate condition.) My house required multiple days of work for the trim repair, powerwash and prep of the old painted surface, priming, and final coat, and each day the crew let me know where they were in the process and what to expect the next day. They even beautifully matched a pre-existing exterior color I had no paint code for without trouble. He gave us constructive advice on the proposed work. His crew got started right away - they were reliable, on time, courteous, and cleaned up impeccably each day. Diaz stuck to his estimate. In addition to all these positive traits, one of the best things is that Diaz and his team can literally take care of anything. For context, they painted the interior or of our entire home - walls, trim, and ceiling. The team knew how to work with high end paint and transformed a set of drab, beige, poorly textured, and banged up walls. They sanded the walls to manage the texture, worked expertly with tricky corners, managed complex work with dry wall to address dings and structural oddities.
