Creative Exteriors Plus rebuilt our deck and screened porch. The wood in the deck was starting to fall apart so we asked them to rebuild it using composite materials this time. We also had them replace the flooring in the screened porch to match and to replace the years old screens. They pointed out some things that the original builder hadn't done right so we asked them to fix those too. And, finally, we asked them to rebuild the steps in the garage using the same composite materials. They completed the entire project from demolition to complete clean-up of the work area in a little over a week and some of the guys even put in extra hours on the Labor Day weekend to complete the work faster than expected. The refurbished deck and porch are so much better than the original that we couldn't be happier with the results. Agustin Fuentes and his crew were easy to work with, kept us informed on progress, answered all of our questions, addressed any concerns quickly, and were determined to do a great job. We contracted with Create Exteriors Plus to get a deck put on our house and the experience was great from start to finish. We did some research and decided to go with CEP because they listened to what we wanted to do and provided feedback about what was possible (other groups sounded like they were listening, then gave us drawings that didn't match what we had requested at all...). The estimate that we received for our 20x16 deck was in the ballpark of the estimate provided by another larger company, but for a 16x12 deck instead. As such, we were very happy with the price quoted and received. Work started on time as scheduled (in fact, permitting by the City was our biggest delay/unknown) and completed as expected. We had a few custom requests for power and lighting which required changes by CEP and they made the appropriate modifications to the contract. Our neighbors asked for a card and a few months later they also had a deck built by CEP (with a non-standard/customized sliding door) and a fireplace to boot. We highly recommend CEP! read more

Similar to our first experience the crew was efficient, offered great attention to the details and were able to give us great recommendations throughout. Freddy did an amazing job and even helped me move some of my furniture out onto the porch at the end of the job. From the start and throughout Agustin offers cost effective ideas/solutions (never trying to up sell you) and works with you on every need. You can customize just about everything/anything you'd like. On this 2nd porch he suggested we take a look at some heating elements which we are very happy with and the team also installed the lights that we picked out ourselves.
