Do not even bother! What a rude rude person. My Electrolux washer (8 months old) under warranty is broken and this is who they tell us to call for repairs. Huge mistake Electrolux. He called the morning of my scheduled appointment and asked a few questions (again), then said it was going to be a big problem because it's a stackable. My husband told him it's 2 screws and we can take it down for him. He got even more pissy and annoyed and cancelled our scheduled appointment. What a lazy excuse. This person obviously has not had to bust his butt to work hard to make a living. I've had my own business and I did everything I could to make my customers happy. I truly can't believe this business is still operating. I pity this guy. read more

OK......... here's the deal. I've used this company 10 times in the last 16 years for repairs to washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven and refrigerator. On Christmas Eve, my oven died. I'm the designated baker in the family and they rely on me and my wife to bake at least 2 cakes and 5 pies. Also, we prepare Christmas dinner turkey for ourselves. I was mad as heck when I couldn't get the oven to start. I called All Brands and spoke to Rob who informed me that he could not get anybody to come out until Monday but try to start it again and call back. Oven failed to start. Called him back and he said I'll still try to get someone to come out, if not, I'll come myself. Rob came and replaced the oven's ignition device. HE SAVED MY ASS. We were able to have our Christmas dinner. Bake our cakes. Bake our pies. Bake our turkey. I was happy. My family was happy. Now I read all the negative reviews by fellow Yelpers. Rob may not have a pleasing personality but, he showed-up on Christmas Eve morning in 6-degree weather with a wind chill of minus 11-degrees and made the repair. He is rough around the edges but he did the job and I just had to say something about it. Guess what????......I'll call him again if needed. Never had a problem with this company. THANKS ALL BRANDS. NJ Although I tried to explain the tricky position my fridge was in when I first called - to ensure they could handle it - it was dismissed. The moment the repair person came, I was told it was gonna be a problem, requiring a delay, multiple trips and more costs -- which might have been avoided had they initially LISTENED when I called. When put to speak with someone on the phone, they kept speaking over me and would not let me talk, ultimately telling the repair person to leave. Were I a man, I doubt I would've been dismissed or spoken to that way. So unprofessional, terrible customer service, would not recommend this company. read more

I was over charged for the same shitty service and lied to about the part being on back order and that it would cost me another $400 on top of the initial service call, then they charged me an additional $35 to look at a second appliance I had told them about, this was not disclosed before I called, I assumed 1 service call charge for their time, no they charge for each appliance they have to look at. My mistake don't go with All Brand they are no longer a honest company. Call the Manufacturer 1st, they will work with you and send qualified service people and they will help with the cost during this covid pandemic. read more

Are there negative stars? Rob was the most rude, unprofessional, inconsiderate front man I have ever had the displeasure to speak with. I can't comment on the actual technician because I never even spoke to him...he left without even knocking on the door. I made it very clear that my 95 year old aunt lives in a gated community and the guard would have to call the house to get permission to give them access. They called me instead. While I was getting my aunt on the phone to authorize the guard to let him in, he left. He couldn't wait less than 5 minutes for a phone call to be made; and when I called Rob back to let him know the technician left and would need to reschedule he was even more rude and hung up on me. The owner is very rude and unprofessional. I've been waiting on a compressor for my deep freezer for over a month. Finally the part arrives and he calls to set up an install appointment. He would not give me an adequate time window. He wanted me to be available for the entire day. Maybe this time or maybe that time he really wasn't sure. Yelled at me because he's so busy and he needs to know that I'll be home all day in order to schedule appointment. After I tell him how rude and unprofessional he is, he gets mad and canceled my order. Told me to go back to my warranty company because he will not do the job. That's fine because with his nasty attitude, I don't want him doing any work for me and I will not recommend this company to anyone! The absolute worst! read more

Robert (Rob), the man who rudely answers the phone, calls me two hours before my time window to let me know I have an apt. I asked if he would have any other days available, he starts yelling and tells me my order is cancelled (I've waited for 2 weeks to get this apt) then hangs up immediately. After attempting to call back a number of times to 732-257-8007 / 732-616-1470, I realized there is caller ID, so I call from a different number and what do you know, he picks up. He tells me to find a different appliance service team to get the job done since he already cancelled. For a business to treat customers like this is unprofessional and infuriating. I do not recommend anyone to deal with this place when servicing your appliances, they schedule you without knowing if you're available or not. Steer clear of this repair place, unless you enjoy being treated like dirt, paying for a repair, and getting your appliance not working properly anyway. The repair person, Rob was rude on service call, and stormed out w/o doing the job. He fits the classic definition of a jerk and an embodiment of total rudeness. The work they do there is sup-par to say the best. I had an appliance fixed there, and while the problem was fixed, something else did not work afterward (a part that was functional before the repair!). They are a bit cheaper than the other truly professional appliance repair services I've dealt with before, but I learned my lesson - you get what you pay for. In this case, their service is worthless, does not even warrant the price they charge. Needless to say, I'm not going there again, and I'm posting this review, because no customer deserves such service; hopefully, their clients are smart not to come back there. read more

Called them because my frigidaire washer was not draining and spinning. One man came over and told me without even looking that the the pump would have to be replaced, a $279 cost (labour and pump) he called his boss to negotiate because i said it was too expensive and got a $20 less, still too expensive, i said no, still got to pay $75 for service. I checked on youtube to get the access to the pump, fixed it and it only cost me about 1 hour of my time. If they try to over charge every clients they get, it is very sad, i am no expert with fixing household appliances but when the man does not even take the time to look at the part that needs to be fixed, it is a red flag for me. All Brands Appliance Service is a complete and utter price gouger. I called them to fix my Whirlpool Duet Washer. The machine kept giving me an F-35 code, which meant that the water sensor was not working. I called and told the man on the phone this when I called for service. They came the first day and spent a total of 20 minutes ( which included phone time with the boss) diagnosing the issue. The tech put me on the phone with the boss who quoted me a price of $328.00, I agreed to the service and paid a deposit. When the tech came back with the part he spent 9 minutes installing it. My total cost before tax was $345.00. That wasn't what I was quoted. I researched the part on the internet ( made the tech leave the part and the bag). You can get the part on the internet from $80-$134. Do you mean to tell me that 29 minutes of labor is worth $211 to $265??? Ripping people off is not a good business practice. Do your research before using this company. read more

Although I'm doubtful this "certified" service dealer from Frigidaire will make it right, the nerve to price gouge in this day and age. With people out of work and down on their luck they had the balls to charge $255 for a $30 part and 3 minute job! I've already contacted Frigidaire and will soon contact the BBB.
