Within a couple of minutes, the horn was working, but they explained to me that a new one was still needed as there was an internal problem with the component and so, although it was currently working, it would most likely stop working again soon. They made some phone calls to see if they could get the part, but they couldn't. They advised me to get the part from Ford and bring it to them so they could instal it. Best of all, they didn't charge me anything for getting it to work. I know that's a small thing because, realistically, they really didn't do much, but it's that kind of honesty and integrity that I appreciate. For that reason I'll definitely be coming back in the future.

The mechanic (I believe it's Ming) told me that they still had another half year to a year left on them considering that this is my daily driver. He told me just check it again next time I'm in for an oil change. Most recently, I went in for an oil change and had him check my brake fluid because it was within the timeframe of replacement. Ming turned down the work again because the brake fluid was still clean. If you know what you need, this is exactly the place to go for honest work.

TLDR: good for simple stuff, avoid or be careful for luxury cars…read more They've been my dad's car mechanic for nearly 20 years, and do mostly Japanese cars + the basic stuff (oil changes, brake pads + rotors, air filters, spark plugs, etc.). Prices are great and they allow you to bring your own oil or parts to save some money. They don't tell you everything you should know or do though, and I wouldn't trust them completely with German cars. Example: needed to replace one rotor but they don't tell or insist you replace two at a time so they wear evenly. Another example: they didn't know how to place the brake caliper cover back on my BMW F10 series without scratching/banging it in. Scratched the caliper cover completely (was a $150 paint job!) And I asked them beforehand if they knew how to spring it back in (different mechanism than Japanese car brakes) before they started the work! If you have customized work on your car such as a nice vinyl wrap or painted calipers and you need them to work around that (such as changing your pads/rotors), AVOID! But if it's a beater, a daily, and you need to do work that isn't sensitive and you don't mind them giving a little kick/prying/stomping if needed, go for it!
