I paid $7,000 and am satisfied with the project except for the gate. Photos show the fence gate and the fencing attached which clearly shows the difference in the quality of wood. I do have emails confirming they were to issue the refund so I am pursuing legal action. They came right out and replaced the section of track, placed all 10 rollers and programmed my two cars to open my garage door. All these services were $310.00! The guys they sent were polite and fast and a delight to work with. They were the real professionals. I love OVERHEAD DOOR and will not call anyone else in the future. As for Daniel Perets, I feel he took advantage of me in a crisis. I am 77 years old and this is shameful behavior on his part.

He said they did not and the company does not sell that replacement part. So I asked what his purpose of coming out was and he said he had a motor loaded and was going to install. I then tell him that I feel like I am being scammed since the day before the guy said he would be looking for it. And now they've skipped straight to needing a motor replacement for an already working motor. I asked if I could buy the part online and he said I could try. I searched for all of 2 minutes and found it for $3 on preferred doors llc. Called back and spoke to a woman to tell her that I found the part for $3, so it would be crazy replace the motor for $900! She said she would cancel the appointment and told me to let them know when the part arrived. Yesterday the part came and I immediately called them to schedule. The same woman answered the phone and said she spoke to the manager/owner and he's not going to install anything that's not theirs. When I asked to speak to the owner, she told me he was gone for the weekend and wouldn't be back until Tuesday. As I was asking if I could leave a message for him, she cut me off to say "have a good day, buh bye" then hung up on me. Incredibly rude and dismissive.
