I used this service to get infant and child CPR training for parents. It's quite pricey compared to in person classes,, but it's so convenient and the skills learned are invaluable. The instructor that came to our house is a paramedic and he shared really great information and experiences in what he sees in his work. They're great at quick communication and I'd recommend them if you'd rather have CPR training come to you at your convenience. I like that they accommodate weekends and evenings. A group of my teachers recently completed our pediatric training with In Home CPR. Our company has worked with them before and we were happy to learn that they were available for our training date. Forrest was our trainer again and he provided the necessary information in a way that was easy for everyone to follow and understand while also keeping the group engaged- not too easy on a Saturday morning! I've been trained and certified for CPR/First Aid several times with many different companies. I decided to try In Home CPR to reregister and get training for a family I work for. Ed was amazing. He answered the MANY questions I had, offered great stories or anecdote to help us remember, and he made what has (in the past) been a rather boring class very entertaining! Not only that, but he was super helpful and kind to a very rambunctious toddler. His patience spoke volumes, and I'd highly recommend getting training and practice. I personally have had to use the Heimlich maneuver many times over the years working with children and even on myself, so getting this training is very valuable. We are SO glad we arranged this class!! We have a 1 year old and wanted to brush up on our emergency preparedness since her birth, but because of covid the Red Cross classes were closed.
