I had smoke shooting back into the house because of a clogged stove pipe. The next day, smoke was still coming back into the house, even though he had confirmed that the pipe was clear. So he came back out ASAP, and fixed the problem free of charge. It turned out there was an error with a previous installation of the stovepipe , an outside screen that was too small that was too tight that was catching particles and continuing to send smoke back into the house... Not his fault at all, the stovepipe was cleaned, it was some additional problem that neither of us knew about. He got on the roof to find the issue and removed the blockIng screen free of charge, and now the stove and stove pipe is working perfectly!
