So all we had to do was grab our beach bags and head to the beach. Every morning, without fail, we received a photo of our set up, it was great! And when we wanted to meet friends on a different beach we just let them know the evening before and they set us up exactly where requested. Andy is a true professional and takes his business very seriously he was a pleasure to deal with! Bravo!!

They deliver on time 5. Their golf carts are beautiful and clean with an incredible sound system. 6. They deliver and pick up exactly on time. (another rarity these days) We rented a golf cart, some coolers and some bikes. Their bikes were amazing. I'll never strap bikes to the back of my vehicle again. Renting here really made the vacation a different experience. My wife thought it was the best, and my kids couldn't get enough of it. If you want to put a topper on your normal vacation, call these guys. You will not regret it.

My complaint was what I perceived to be an extremely high fee for the pickup and delivery of the cart. My point was that the annual $150 service now becomes a $450 service due to the $300 transportation fee. I am sure most customers do not have the means to bring the cart to you. Even a fee of $75 each way seems more reasonable than the $150. If you would please explain the rationale behind the $300 total fee. At least for those loyal customers that only live a couple of miles from your place. Thank you.

This company came through with flying colors! They were great with communication, took a pic of where the chair had been left at the port, and it had my name attached. Upon arrival back to the port, I sent a text and let them know where the chair would be waiting , for pickup, at the voyage terminal. Once again, they were on top of communicating and sent an email confirming that it had been picked back up and was in their possession. THEY ARE EXCELLENT TO WORK WITH! I got out to ask what the problem is and he was screaming and cursing at us, if he would of just asked us to move we totally would have no problem! I tried to go in to speak to the owner and no wonder where his son gets his attitude from! I would not recommend this business as it seems very hostile there!
