Bottom line: If you want to get your skis serviced in a timely manner, go somewhere else because this place doesn't have its systems in order to keep their timing promises + I hope you are also comfortable with slack mask-wearing discipline during COVID. Broken Customer Promises: 1. Broken Promise 1 - Failed to Keep to Servicing Schedule: Turned in skis for rush servicing with promises of next business day completion. The next business day, I was informed my skis would be 3 days late. 2. Broken Promise 2 - Failed to Keep Customer Service Remediation Promise: I was promised that to make amends for the lateness, they would ship my skis to me after service (I live 2 hours away - hence I requested a rush). When I called, they backtracked on the promise. Other Issues: 1. It was very blatantly obvious that one of the more senior store staff that interacted with customers struggled to keep his mask on. Occasionally it was on, but it was most often off (as in mouth and nose open). The rest of the staff kept their mask on and had no issues. 2. There was mass confusion of where lines were and where to go for specific services (paying, seeking product advice, ski servicing) and etc. People were standing around waiting for service. Deeper Operations Problems: I stood around long enough to overhear an interesting conversation between the staff and customers about the store's issues. Apparently, there are two digitally tracking systems for ski servicing that don't talk to each other. So although everyone is supposed to get an automated text and email, its very easy to fall in between the cracks (like me), if it is input in the wrong system. The staff was consistently checking between the two data systems, an easy point of mistakes and inefficiency. The Staff is Great Though: While I was standing around, I did see lots of friendly and caring staff helping people find the best gear. They seemed like lovely people. However, they were clearly overwhelmed and clearly sagged with bad systems + management struggles. Final Thoughts: I hate to sandbag a small business with so much history in the community, but they really did me wrong. I had to spend $300 (in extra travel and lodging costs since I was from out of town visiting family) + adjusted my winter plans because a business could not keep their word. I also canceled visiting family out of an abundance of caution after interacting with the non-mask wearing customer service person. Thanks Buckman's.

My swing is a self-made disaster. But functional. Colin recognized this and was inclined to work with what was on the table. I asked Colin to take the time to fix the fundamental issues and he dove into the assignment headfirst. We worked on big fixes to big problems and there was real headway made by the end of our time together. I have SO MUCH WORK TO DO based on just these 45 minutes. But thats EXACTLY what I wanted and got from my lesson time. Thank you Colin. You're honest without being too brutal ;P

I went to one of the stores in the center and was highly recommended to call these guys. Next morning I called and within a couple of hours, a tow truck came to take my car. Being as it was a Saturday I was willing to wait till Monday or Tuesday to find out what was up with my car. The shop called me and let me know my front axle was broken and needed to be replaced. The price was very reasonable and with the tow I spent less than 400.00. They got the job done for me and I was able to drive it away the same day of the quote. I just want to say that it was a pleasure to work with these guys and will return for anything i need for my car. Thanks guys!!

I personally hate that shit, if I am being a fool I would like the opportunity to hit the wall and learn for my self. Another mention that I have to detail is legit the bathroom was one of the worst kept bathrooms I have ever seen. It looks like a bathroom out of your high school but never attended to. The arcade looks fairly decent however my nephews that attempted to have some fun at the arcade said most of the games were out of order. Although I personally enjoyed myself as this was a new experience racing a go-kart I have to advise you should go to a different spot for this activity. We initially wanted to go to Arnold's Fun Center in Oaks, PA to race but they recently changed the hours and that is why we ended up at this location. Also, be careful if you pay in cash as I received the wrong change and they had to get the manager involved in how to break a $100 dollar bill. The rock climbing wall was closed when I went. Not sure if it's a seasonal thing or not. There is a one membership fee when you sign up. Not really beneficial if you don't plan on going multiple times a year. Overall, this place needs some updates if it wants to keep people coming. There are more fun places to go.

When I arrived the C5 Corvette was sitting there in all her glory. Not only was the car clean, it had 40K miles on her and spotless! We went over the car from front to back, from top to bottom. Then Rob Winn threw me the keys and out we went on an extended test drive. Everything the man told me was fact. In addition, there were many questions that Rob was happy to answer. I have been looking for a C5 for 2 years now because 1) they were the last edition that had pop-up headlights, 2) Chevy had all the bugs out of the C5. So, after doing my due diligence I purchased the car. I asked him to ensure the vehicle had two key FOBs and an original owner's manual. Like an adolescence boy on Christmas morning I drove up to pick her up. I Rob Winn (the Owner) had her on display out front all shined up with Two key fobs, original owner's manual, cargo net and ready to go as we walked in. With all the paperwork complete, the bill paid in full, The Rob Winn took the time to go over many facets of the car. We took the top off; I got in and drove the 60 miles to LBI, NJ down the back roads of PA and NJ. Driving with the top off, sun shining and Tom Petty's Full Moon Fever playing loud. I think I had a smile from ear to ear. So now "Silver" (After the Lone Ranger's horse) sits in the driveway waiting for me to drive her. I found the experience with Imort1 Motor Sports excellent. I'm not expecting a red-carpet experience, but I do expect basic professionalism when I'm asking normal questions about condition, history, and what's been done to the car. Instead, a lot of it felt like I was being sized up or "managed" rather than helped. Rob came across more defensive than customer-focused, and it made the whole thing feel unnecessarily tense. When you're shopping enthusiast cars, the details matter. Buyers ask detail-oriented questions because they're trying to make a serious decision, not because they're trying to waste anyone's time. Here, it felt like the attitude was "take it or leave it," and that's fine, but it's not the kind of place I'd want to spend real money. They may have interesting inventory, and I'm sure some people like that style. I didn't. If you go, be direct about what you want to see and what answers you need, and pay attention to how you're treated when you ask basic questions. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend the dealership.
