They did make a mess of a parking lot, as what happens when you do that type of thing, but my neighbors started crying because the dirty water was running on to the freshly painted lines. I let them know and the guy turned around and came back and did a spray down of the entire dirty area in the parking lot right away. My only recommendation is if you get a mobile detailing, just put your car in a spot where the nearby area can get dirty for a bit until it rains so your neighbors don't also cry :) I probably should have parked at the very end of the lot, so it's more my mistake than theirs, but they took care of it right away.

I have two dogs, and this car was 70% dog hair, 20% dirt they bring in, and 10% regular things I forgot under the back chair. Glow Auto Detail staff were miracle workers and did an outstanding job cleaning this car. They worked on it with such care and dedication that I cannot but recommend them to absolutely everyone reading. They also charge reasonable prices!!! I paid $10,000 to have XPEL PPF and ceramic coating done on two vehicles here, and I regret…read morechoosing a detailing shop over a dedicated PPF installer to save money. The PPF work was subcontracted out, and the quality was poor. On my Range Rover, the film around the rear tailgate was left with a wide, unwrapped edge and an exposed seam that started lifting and trapping dirt within a few weeks. This is a straightforward area to wrap, and it contradicts what I was told before booking -- that edges would be hand-cut and wrapped with no exposed seams as much as possible. When I asked for a repair, the owner Rogelio's answers kept shifting: first that the shop no longer works with the subcontractor, then that some parts "can't be wrapped," then an offer to just add more ceramic coating on the edges. Only after I mentioned I might leave a review did the owner offer to have the panels redone -- and framed it as costing him $1,500 to make me happy, as if a defective install was a favor. The part that ended the relationship for me: when I couldn't find my XPEL warranty confirmation (it turned out to be in my spam folder though I doubt I can utilize this warranty ever), the owner proposed issuing me a Lumen warranty for film that was actually XPEL -- in other words, a warranty from a different brand than what was installed and paid for! I told him I don't want to be sued, and he says they will never be able to figure out. I declined. Whatever the intent, I'm not comfortable with a shop that would suggest that, and I will take my car elsewhere for the repair, having learned my lesson.

My friend's mother placed the 35-pound Snoo outside for pickup. At the exact time she was supposed to arrive, Lindsay messaged saying her father was in the hospital and that she would instead pick it up on Monday. On Monday, my friend's mother had to work, so she again put the Snoo outside for pickup. Lindsay never came, and the Snoo had to be brought back inside. We reached out to ask whether she was still interested in doing the cleaning because it was becoming difficult for my friend's mother to repeatedly move such a heavy item in and out of the house. Lindsay assured us she would come on Friday. Once again, the Snoo was placed outside. An hour before the scheduled pickup time, she confirmed she would be there. However, at the exact pickup time, she again messaged saying her father was in the hospital and could not come. I responded that while emergencies happen, repeatedly canceling at the last minute was frustrating and unprofessional, especially given the inconvenience of moving the Snoo multiple times. After that, I received no further response and was blocked on Facebook. I understand that family emergencies can occur, but the repeated last-minute cancellations, lack of communication, and eventual blocking left us with a very disappointing experience. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this business.

This is an excellent car wash. I drive over a half hour to get my cars washed here. They do a…read moremeticulous hand wash and dry and even open the doors and hood to clean there too. Other places would call Jonny's regular wash an "Exterior Detail" and charge twice as much. They do not do vacuum or clean windows if they are busy, and they usually are busy. However, I had our SUV detailed last there last month. I could have called a "Crime Scene Cleanup" crew or the company that cleans up New Orleans after Mardi Gras. But Jonny's group disinfected, scrubbed it clean and polished it to a diamond finish inside and out. If you have a high value vehicle or just want someone to clean your car better than you would do yourself, this is the place to go.
