Original Roof wash is guaranteed for 2 years. Within a year, moss is growing back. Called and set an appointment for 2 weeks out. Called them to confirm 1 day before that I was on the schedule. 1-3pm. They never showed. I called that evening and was told that she would call the employee and check on a status. Never called me back and now I have called multiple time over 2 days with no return call. Finally today someone who calls themselves a manager/owner called back to tell me that they will NOT honor the 2 year guarantee as the section of the roof that was washed was a section not covered under the guarantee as it was done as a "courtesy". No where is that shown on the receipt (see attached) When I questioned/argued he stated "How about a thank you for doing this back then as a courtesy?" That's when I hung up, blown away. I had used All Clear a few times before for window washing, and they did a decent job. On a Friday Fall 2017, I hired them to pressure wash my brick front home, my brick retaining wall, the brick steps and my deck. We had lots of spider webs all over the exterior of the house. They gave me a quote, and I agreed to go ahead with the job. They sent two men who spent 45 min to do the entire job. I had to point out the wet webs that remained plastered to all the sills when they finished, and they told me they would "wipe them off". What I did not notice, unfortunately, until later that afternoon, was that all the power was out after they left to half of the downstairs of our home. Because we didn't notice til Friday night, we had to leave a message with their answering service. We had an electrician come out Saturday morning, and after about an hour, he discovered that our exterior outlet had been flooded and blown. They refused to pay for the damage despite repeated calls and a letter. Furthermore, they pressure washed my trex deck, which I later learned you should not wash with chemicals. After they were done they removed all their equipment. They were Fast and consice. Perfect manners and very intelligent. I gave them 5 stars because they were so good and nice. My Uncle asked me to find him a service to do pressure cleaning. Best Service, the pictures he sent me where day and night. My Uncle said that they were very friendly and helpful. This company is horrible. Used them a number of times for gutters and window cleaning and always thought their prices were a bit high and the work was marginal. They sent me a quote to pressure wash my driveways and I asked them to include a very small back patio. When the guys got out there, they said the patio was not included and it would be an additional $50 on top of the $300 we'd already agreed on. I said that's fine, but this will be the last job you do for me if you're going to charge me that much for what would be an additional 10 minutes of work. He called back 30 minutes later and said he left and they're not going to do anything. I would not advise anyone to do any business with this company. read more
