When I first talked to Billy, I noticed he was knowledgeable and I felt that I was going to receive the best service. He came in and diagnosed the issue right away and advised that he would complete the work during the week. Unfortunately, I never heard from Billy until I followed up with Billy, and he advised that my service company was not going to cover the work. I told Billy that I was surprised that he did not contact me to followup with the service since I had paid him a service fee and I was unaware of the outcome with my service company. I also requested to schedule an appointment to complete the work. Billy hesitated giving me an appointment. I explained how disappointed I was and that I expected that I would be so pleased with his services and his company. Billy flat out told me that he would not provide services to me because I was disappointed with his services. I was flabbergasted. The simple facts are that the essential characteristics that separates one company from another is the customer service. I just had a plumbing/sewer emergency yesterday on Easter Sunday at my mother's home in Clifton , NJ. we were at a loss as to what to do, luckily All Clear Plumbing has emergency service and they could not have been nicer, more professional or thorough. These guys are SUPER responsive AND cost effective! I called the one evening and by 830am the next morning they arrived to my parents' house and replaced some parts. I called @ around 530 6 They sent Fred out within an hr I had a minor issue and i couldn't have him start the work right then and there after he left i called him back and he came back out same night was nice friendly and got my clogg out within a couple minutes.
