Ordering over the phone was very easy. In the future I plan to only place orders via phone. Never had an issue with phone orders & they are consistently very knowledgeable & helpful. Bottom line - order via phone not over the internet. Attempting to cancel or replace an item online is not user friendly. Also, when purchasing major appliances or plumbing fixtures, plan to purchase from authorized vendors to ensure the item remains under warranty.

They called 20 minutes before they arrived Promptly within the planned time. They diagnosed a PVC pipe that came unsealed from the trash disposal, this loose connection was causing the leak. He repaired it and then called Sal to assess a revised fee. They charged me $225 which considering their professionalism was fair and reasonable. I would most definitely use them again and I would recommend their services to anyone in need of plumbing in this area. As someone who has used professional services in multiple states for construction I found this company to be a straight shooter. If you're looking for a bargain you're barking up the wrong tree here. In another 45 minutes, he is at our doorstep with a drain snake. After the first cleaning, the situation remains. He explained that the issue might be happening too deep, in which case I needed to call a different service, but to make sure, he tried again. In the second attempt, it looked more difficult to send a snake head inside the pipe but I guess it is because the head is hitting the exact place the issue is happening. This time, it worked. The owner told me "starting minimum $100" ok that's fine I figure worst case they come out tell me the total labor and new lock would be maybe at the most $350 ? That's what I'm thinking. The guy get here, starts working. He tells me he needs to use the old cylinder from the old Broken lock. I tell him that's not what I told his boss we were asking for. He played dumb and then he says "well the new doorknob and lock is $250 and my labor is $395" I couldn't believe this absolute con man. He then spends an hour longer, calls for back up and another guy comes. (Neither the original guy or the back up guy have any business name on their vans, just white vans) I hear him using a grinder and see him jamming a file in the door knob. Total clowns. So they finish and the door knob is the most difficult thing to turn ever. And it's installed upside down. I told him I'll pay $325 and he took it. I should have offered $200 because he was a hack. Do not ever waste your time, money, or property with these con men.

Sanitizing the individual duct/vents was added ($25 extra for each vent) to the originally quoted package which he said only includes sanitizing the main duct, but I wanted that done after seeing the mold build-up on the vent registers. He also helped taking out the moldy vent registers because it's probably better just to replace than trying to clean them. Overall, glad we did the cleaning, though I wish it was clearly stated the vent sanitizing was NOT included in the quote, because the quote just said "...air duct cleaning includes up to 15 supply vents and returns, two main duct per single unit, sanitizer (to prevent mold growth)..." A little update: Later through the check-in with the owner, the owner Nick answered all my questions, told me how to maintain, and that we won't need to do a cleaning again until a few years later. Also after hearing my concern about the mold on the registers, he said the registers needed to be thrown out and replaced, but the ducts behind the vents themselves didn't have mold so didn't have to be sanitized, even though it was my request to sanitize them. I was told main duct/trunk sanitization is what they usually do and individual duct/vent sanitization is not a recommended practice actually. He offered to refund the extra charge for the vent sanitization that I didn't need. I appreciate that honesty and accountability.

Turns out they charge $30 a foot and my bill was about $750. They were at least supposed to quote me before doing the work but they didn't. I spoke up and they apologized for not showing me the quote first and charged me 400. I paid. And now that I'm playing it out in my mind, I feel like this might have been all by design. I think I was just played big time.
