Our home had a pipe leak in an adjoining room between our kitchen and dining room. All County Environmental Services was recommended by our homeowners insurance. We choose to use their services. Thomas Tarantino was the project manager for All County Environmental Services and he went above and beyond for us. Thomas's and his team did the work so quickly, they completed the job within 2-3 days. They did a great job patching up the drywall, painting, putting in new flooring and repairing our cabinets. Thomas went above and beyond to help us with a special circumstance and did everything possible to make sure our job was done before Christmas. We started this project in the April. It's November and it's still not complete and then I was toned policed and "tattled" on to my husband for referring to the project handling as a shit show. I sent this email yesterday with no response from anyone. So I'll post it here. "I am writing to express my concern about a recent interaction I had with your company, specifically regarding a conversation that took place between my husband and Sean Reigler following a text message I sent to Gayle Sanford on 11/12/2024 In the message, I expressed my frustration with the ongoing delays and lack of communication related to the job that began in the spring and is still not completed. I used the term "shit show" to describe the situation and referred to Gayle's performance as a project manager. I want to clarify that I did not use any inappropriate or disrespectful language toward Gayle--my choice of words was strictly in reference to the state of the project. However, what followed was a call from Sean to my husband, in which Sean told him that "Kelli can't be talking to people that way" and proceeded to interrupt me when I attempted to explain my position. I was taken aback by Sean's tone and the manner in which he addressed the situation. It felt as though my concerns were dismissed, and instead of addressing the substance of my complaint, I was reprimanded for my choice of words. This interaction left me feeling not only frustrated about the lack of progress on the job but also deeply uncomfortable with the way I was treated as a woman. Being told that I cannot express my concerns in a direct manner and being "toned policed" by a male employee is troubling, especially when my language was not abusive or inappropriate. I also find it concerning that a member of your team would threaten to "close out the account and send us a check" as a response to my use of one mild expletive. As a paying customer, I expect my concerns to be taken seriously, and I should not be made to feel as though my voice is being dismissed simply because of the language I choose to use in expressing my frustration. I hope you understand that my intention is not to escalate matters unnecessarily, but rather to bring attention to an experience that I feel reflects poorly on your company's professionalism and respect for all customers, regardless of gender. I would appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to hearing how you plan to address it." read more

We had a hot water pipe leak in the wall. Our bath and kitchen needed restoration. We called our Mercury Insurance claim. They sent All County out for estimates. We were immediately assured that all would be well and have our house back together by Terry Greve. We liked his professional manner and choose to have All County do the restoration work. Luis Carreras was a caring and knowledgeable project manager. He said it would take about 2-3 weeks. Luis checked the progress and kept us informed. Miquel and Israel were talented and respectful of our home. As seniors, things could have been very stressful, but All County took wonderful care of us and restored our home. Our flooring was installed November of 2020 from all county due to an insurance job. The issue started Jan 02 2023 which I have emails going back and forth to prove that the flooring was breaking apart all over the house. Robert and ray were sent out or they came in march of 2023 to look at the flooring and determined that the flooring was installed over concrete without any prep work. I explained to them that the guy doing the work had his son helping him and they were clueless as to how this could have happened. They were supposed to come back and replace the flooring and I have yet to hear from anybody. The flooring is literally breaking into pieces all over the house. The last attempt I made was a few months ago just to hear that the manager in charge of my claim does not work for the company anymore. Which was February 06 2024. The person I spoke to was the guy who came with ray the last time to assess the issue and he said he was now the manager and would look into the issue. Stay away from All County it hurts me to haft to leave this comment but my kids are tripping over this flooring my elder grandma has tripped multiple times. Damage occurred to my home due to a burst pipe in my water pipes built under the foundation of my home, resulting in water damage to walls & cabinets. All County Environmental & Restoration does it all. Their Emergency Services (for my water damage) project manager, Brandon Tomlinson, arrived same day & was able to detect the leak, set up equipment to dry out water & remove humidity to prevent further damage. His team was quick & efficient in detecting the source of the leak, packaging items, & removing faulty areas for replacement. Underground pipes were capped and my water pipes were rerouted through cutouts in my walls & ceilings. The reroute literally took 1 day to accomplish. The repair team led by project manager, Thomas Tarrant, then arrived early the following day. He put together an amazing team. They restored my cabinets to look like new, seamlessly patched and re-textured my walls ( inside & out) & painted the damaged walls, & adjoining walls & ceilings with expert attention to detail. His team had the craftsmanship of true artists in their trade. What would have taken others several weeks they accomplished within 2 days with a higher degree of skill than I have ever seen!!! They literally turned a devastating situation into a blessing in my life & I could not be more grateful. It is literally impossible to detect where the original damage ever occurred!!! They went above and beyond the Call of Duty quickly, efficiently, and affordably while maintaining a very high level of quality!!! I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with this company thus far. When I first called and told the company about my water damage, they sent someone out to look at it and give me an estimate the very next day. Frank was the technician who came out to look at the damage and he was very professional and knowledgeable. Frank came out on a Wednesday, I got my estimate the very next day, and he began the demo on Monday. Ryan has been very helpful helping me navigate the insurance aspect. Frank and Robert did a wonderful job with the demo. They left my house very clean after the demo and the work looks great. Couldn't ask for better service. I am now in contact with Terry to do the repairs and my experience with him has been wonderful thus far. Looking forward to seeing the finished product! i'm posting this because I have nowhere else to turn and make the public aware of his company western mutual insurance company first of all of me saying what a joke they are. I got yelled at hung up on my insurance company recommend it all county restoration in April 4. What is my claim for water damage, no issues with the plumber that came out or the guys that took care of asbestos and assured me I could stay in the house while they took care of it but when it came time to have a contractor or project manager, take care of things things just fell apart guys don't speak English no-shows on Mondays because everybody calls in siclean made numerous appointments rearrange my schedule no-shows ran out of flooring. I sat here for weeks with no doors on my bathroom or bedrooms they left my house, filthy, dirty nothing was covered up. I have a disabled kid, and one asthmatic I call regional manager he assured me that things would get done and then I heard he got fired, if anyone is out there reading this please please do not hire this company and here we are August and we're still not done and this is just off the top of my head when I'm telling you and there's plenty more I think they're taking a vantage of me because I'm a woman I have no one else to stand up for me and this is very sad read more

Unfortunately my brand new home suffered water damage. My home owner's insurance recommended this company. This company came in and went above and beyond their job specifications. My water damage originated from a TV trying to be hung in our loft and a water pipe was hit. Mr. Ray saw that the TV still hadn't been hung and had not 1 but 2 TV's installed for my family free of charge. And they will work with you on your deductible. That's awesome customer service. March 2021 we contracted with All County for repairs as we had a leak from upstairs master bathroom to downstairs kitchen. Things started off well and we felt supported and validated in the insurance claim and repair process/master bathroom upgrade. As repairs progressed, service got progressively worse. One evening we had a plumber in our home until 11pm! We regrettably signed completion document prior to final installation of shower curtain rod which took weeks and was still installed incorrectly. Fast forward to September 2022, we have the same leak from master bathroom to downstairs kitchen. Mitigation and plumbers report poor installation/workmanship lead to most recent leak. All County has been minimally responsive and evasive with regarding to rectifying the issue and we are unable to begin repairs with another contractor due to All Counties evasiveness. Would not recommend this company as they start off helpful and reassuring but end up providing poor quality service with even worse follow up when needed! read more

A couple of weeks ago I had a hot water leak in my main bathroom. I called my home insurance company (Western Mutual) and they recommended both a plumber and a restoration company. The plumber arrived and tore up half of the bathroom in order to find where the pipe was leaking. His efforts were successful, and fortunately he did not have to remove the bathtub or break the tiles around it. Shortly after, Malcolm Tracy from the All County Restoration called me and he gave me a schedule for the work that needed to be done to restore everything to its original state. He first sent over a few fans to dry the area, which had to run for three days. After that, he sent over a worker who spent three days patching up the walls that had to be broken, repaint them, and the holes inside the wooden cabinets. That particular carpenter, whose name I forget, did a great job restoring everything back to its original state. During all this time Malcom Tracy called me daily to check if everything was moving along, and he was very thorough and professional with his explanations and timeline. At the very end, Malcolm sent over a carpet man to restore the carpet and replace the padding underneath, which he did in one day. The next day Malcolm sent over another worker whose job was to shampoo the carpet in both my bathroom and my bedroom. I was very pleased with the final work. I do want to single out Mr. Malcolm Tracy for making such a process easy to understand and for being on top of what needed to be done in a timely fashion. He also took care of billing my insurance company directly, so that I did not have to pay him in advance, and then wait for a reimbursement. I highly recommend All County Environmental and Restoration Company. Should you need their services, do contact Mr. Malcolm Tracy directly and he will take very good care of you.
