They made everything right and were very kind. It took much longer to do the whole project, but we are glad it is finally finished.

    Kitchen flooring breaking apart.
    Jesse G.

Our flooring was installed November of 2020 from all county due to an insurance job. The issue started Jan 02 2023 which I have emails going back and forth to prove that the flooring was breaking apart all over the house. Robert and ray were sent out or they came in march of 2023 to look at the flooring and determined that the flooring was installed over concrete without any prep work. I explained to them that the guy doing the work had his son helping him and they were clueless as to how this could have happened. They were supposed to come back and replace the flooring and I have yet to hear from anybody. The flooring is literally breaking into pieces all over the house. The last attempt I made was a few months ago just to hear that the manager in charge of my claim does not work for the company anymore. Which was February 06 2024. The person I spoke to was the guy who came with ray the last time to assess the issue and he said he was now the manager and would look into the issue. Stay away from All County it hurts me to haft to leave this comment but my kids are tripping over this flooring my elder grandma has tripped multiple times. Please All County fix this cheaply installed warrantied flooring. There's much more to list but for the sake of time here you go.

This company is fast, reliable, helpful and friendly. Ruben is a great guy, my garage had a leak everything was wet it was overwhelming..... they come right in and take over and get the job done including ALL the insurance paperwork, phone calls, etc, which for me was the Best part because it's very stressful. I have used them twice and will continue to do so in the future they are exceptional!

When the insurance didn't want to pay, why did I end up paying money out of my own pocket? I never signed any paper work... Looking back I'm ok with what I paid because I had pity for Juan and the cheap labor workers he uses for his job. I don't have ill feelings towards inland restoration and I wish Juan the best of luck...

Highly Recommend Inland Restoration!…read more I was referred to Inland Restoration by a friend after my washing machine leaked and caused water damage to my wood laminate floors. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Juan, the owner, came out the very next day to assess the damage. He took his time to thoroughly inspect everything, explained the situation in detail, and by that evening, he had a clear and fair quote ready for me. I really appreciated how transparent and responsive he was throughout the entire process. We scheduled the work in two parts--first the downstairs, then the stairs and upstairs. The job involved removing the damaged laminate and old carpet, and replacing everything with luxury premium vinyl. Juan's team showed up on time, carefully moved all my furniture and belongings, and got right to work. They kept me abreast of the work and schedule along the way. They cleaned up every night and meticulous with their work. Along the way, they discovered some issues from previous installations--an uneven kitchen floor and a bedroom floor that didn't meet the walls properly. Instead of just covering it up, they took the time to fix the problems before installing the new flooring. The result is absolutely beautiful and feels like a huge upgrade from what was there before. Juan and his crew were professional, detail-oriented, and truly went above and beyond. I couldn't be happier with the results and would recommend Inland Restoration to anyone in need of quality restoration or flooring work. Thank you again for a job well done!

Our insurance company called servpro and they came quick to look and inspect the damage. Juan quickly came and and reassured us we would be getting new floor. And that's exactly what happened. Horrible experience. If you're looking for unfinished, poor-quality workmanship, then this SERVPRO…read morefranchise operated by Jeffrey Padgett may be the company for you. Unfortunately, SERVPRO was on State Farm's recommended contractor list for our insurance claim. We were initially told the project would take three weeks, but it ultimately took five weeks. As a result, the senior homeowner had to stay in a motel for the entire five-week period. The following issues remain unresolved: 1. Door jams and trim work were not completed properly. Finish nails are protruding, the casing is uneven, and there was little to no surface preparation before painting. Only one coat of flat paint was applied despite the quote specifying two coats. It is also unclear why flat paint was used instead of semi-gloss on the trim. 2. The newly installed shower is approximately one inch wider than the original, causing the mixer valve to sit too far back. The valve had been replaced by our plumber prior to the project. This issue should have been identified and discussed before installation. Instead, an extension valve was installed that does not function properly. The shower head is mounted too low, the trim plate does not sit flush against the wall, and the caulking along the top of the shower remains incomplete. 3. In the master bathroom, the door is loose due to stripped screws and swings open on its own. The tile grout work is also substandard. 4. I was informed that the vanity we selected would not work. Alejandro assured me that everything would be new except for the existing drawer fronts and faces. Instead, the old vanity, fixtures, P-trap, water supply lines, faucet, and countertop were reinstalled. The quote stated that new materials would be provided. 5. No final walkthrough was conducted with subcontractors before the homeowner moved back in. The project extended beyond the estimated completion date, resulting in additional room-and-board expenses that State Farm covered. 6. The quote specified that angle stops would be removed and replaced, but this was not done. There is also an unfinished hole in the drywall near the toilet shutoff valve. 7. The homeowner moved back in over a month ago, yet the contractor lockbox remains attached to the front door. This should have been removed before occupancy. When I spoke with Josh, I was told most of the work would be completed in-house, but numerous subcontractors appear to have been involved. Regardless, the lockbox should be removed immediately. The homeowners do not want any contractors to return to the property. Overall, the project was poorly managed, communication was lacking, and the workmanship did not meet the standards outlined in the contract or expected from a contractor recommended by State Farm.
