I accepted the estimate and never heard back from anyone. I made multiple attempts to contact customer service and was repeatedly told I needed to speak with the representative who visited my home. Since I had no way to contact him directly, I waited for a callback as instructed, but no one ever followed up. I tried again in May to schedule the repairs and was given the same response. Now no one is answering the phone at all. Very unprofessional experience. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
