They know their business, they know their products, and most of all, they WANT to help you. No more chasing folks in orange aprons around a football field-sized store. Recently I had my 30-year-old chef knives sharpened by their ReSharp Knife Sharpening Robot...Amazing! They also sell Benjamin Moore paint and will mix small samples as well as gallons while you wait. Oh, and I got a replacement key fob for my car and the expert came out to the parking lot to make sure it was working. I stood in line at customer service to await my turn for assistance. Ron was the employee standing at the counter helping two ahead of me. When it was my turn for assistance, Ron told me to go to the aisle and wait on him. There were three males behind me, and he began helping them. I approached and confronted Ron, as I was the next to be helped. He again told me to go to the plumbing aisle and he would come. I did NOT, but instead confronted Ron as to why he was helping them when I was next in line. He continued to help the other three males behind me even as I stood there watching, and, in fact, they were all checking out when Ron came to help me. I don't spend my money in businesses that treat me like a second class citizen. I hope Home Depot and Lowe's puts them out of business. DISGUSTING!!!
