Less redundant inventory eliminates many of the inexpensive tool offerings. My impression is that they have become pretty "pricey" overall on a lot of items. I guess quality comes with a bigger pricetag, but I miss the bargains as well. I still shop there, only less often.

Really Nice Experience on a Small Job…read more We had a small job where we were having a remnant cut in order to cover a half wall in our living room. During my check and double check of the measurements needed, I added a bit to the rim in the back of the wall but didn't add it to the overall length, so it was definitely my fault when the first cut was a bit off. I called and they were eager to help me alleviate the problem. They added a small piece to the existing cut for me in order to make the right fit and did so without any drama. How rare is it that a vendor is willing to make a problem go away even when it wasn't their fault. Well done EZ, and we'll be talking about replacing kitchen countertops next year when we return. Because they were so helpful, we wouldn't think about going anywhere else.

He informed me that his bother, who works with him, was out of town and he would get back to me sometime the following week with a quote. Have yet to receive any form of communication from him. Apparently he has enough business and money that doesn't need mine.

New England Granite Works, Inc…read more 03-17-26 Review: I am a designer who contracted this company for two projects. Both were poorly fabricated and installed with damaged granite slabs. The owner claimed the slabs were chipped during loading, which is false. Timeline: Templates were taken for two residences. The templates were not followed in either project. The granite was cut by hand instead of using a CNC machine. Your employee admitted the work did not meet company standards and should not have been done by hand. Your proposed solution was to fill ¼" gaps and caulk over them. Wood or painted trim is not feasible around a cooktop or oven exhaust. This project has been ongoing since October 2025. Your company destroyed two slabs of numbered, book-matched material. Your claim that I am "taking advantage" of you is insulting. If the granite had been fabricated properly according to the templates, this dispute would not exist. Your proposed solution does not address the underlying issues and is unacceptable. I have been disputing this matter for over 5 months and living without a working kitchen. The owner is not offering any refund and replacement material and expects me to absorb the costs for both houses which is over $45,000.00
