David arrived promptly and was able to open the door on his first try. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything clearly and patiently to both me and my mom, who was understandably stressed with the move from Pennsylvania to New York. David remained calm, professional, and reassuring throughout. When we realized we had misplaced the only key we had, he went back to his shop and returned with what was needed to cut five new keys on the spot. I had told him I was going to try and install a smart lock on my own on a separate door after he was done with the work.
