The owner/employee sat with his back to me on the phone. For five minutes I waited until he spoke "what do you need?" " I need a key made" I responded. "Well I'm busy right now, you're going to have to come back another time" he gruffled, still not turning around. This is why brick and mortar businesses go out of business, because people forget how to treat their customers, and those customers just end up going to a big chain store like Home Depot.
